“Very Busy Diner”

Just a little very busy diner, fast service & typical diner food, a tad on the greasy side. If you want a quick hot roast beef sandwich or a quick breakfast, this local gathering place will be for you! Could use a bit more attention to cleanliness!!

Home cooked meals, the finest pies, and friendly owners and staff. If you're looking for good home cooked food, you won't find any place better than Randall's.

I live in the Chicago area but grew up in Perryopolis and have been to Randall's many times over the decades. The restaurant was established in the early 50's and I'm not sure that the decor has changed much in the past 60 years (and it does show it's age). As a matter of fact, there is one waitress who started working there when the restaurant opened and is still there.

"Die hard" vegetarians will probably want to stay away from this restaurant. The soups are cooked from "scratch" and are wonderful, but even the navy bean and veggie soups seem to have some ham or meat base. The restaurant offers a wide selection of soups, sandwiches, breakfasts and meals, and prices are low. I recently had a turkey club sandwich and the price was $5.00. Many diners go to Randall's for the homemade pies, and cabbage rolls with mashed potatoes are a favorite that dates back to the founder's ethnic roots. The restaurant always seems to be crowded and you may have to wait for a seat on a day where "stuffed cabbage rolls" are being served.

This restaurant has been in the same familiy since inception. If you are in the Perry area, don't miss Randall's. It's a bit like going back in time, though the focus of this restaurant is clearly homestyle cooking.
