We stayed here overnight as part of a short trip to Amish Country. We took advantage of a great rate on the King Suite and were thrilled! We laughed together that the suite was bigger than our first apartment.

The hotel had everything we needed and more. The suite had a full kitchen, dishes, flatware, fireplace, two TVs and a whirlpool bath and seperate standing shower.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself had a pool, hot tub, excellent continental breakfast, vending and gift shop.

If we travel in the area again we will return!

The Revere Inn is a pretty standard Best Western property, somewhat larger than most. We stayed last week and found it to be pleasant, clean and very friendly. The hotel boasts an indoor pool and health club. The complimentary breakfast is good and quite complete (I especially liked the Bob Evans breakfast sandwiches while my wife visited the Belgian waffle more than once.) The rooms are large, nicely appointed although standard Best Western and boast high ceilings that make them seem even larger.
We traveled with a 25 person church group and found the same impressions among the entire group.
Location is particularly notable for this propery. The hotel, on Rt. 30, is in the middle of Amish/Mennonite country and surrrounded by literally dozens of antique, gift, furniture and other stores. In addition, the area boasts dinner theatres, the huge Sight and Sound theatre and many unique restaurants including the Shady Maple Smorgasbord that has to be among the largest and most elegant of its kind in the nation, with a downstairs store under the entire building.

This is the second yr in a row we have stayed at this hotel in March for an annual mud sale. We had 4 rooms in the main building, and the rooms are always nice and clean, as are the bathrooms. They are spacious and decorated nicely. The beds are comfy and the make-up desk is perfect to get ready at! We love the breakfast selection-the waffle makers are our favorite! (It would be nice if breakfast was offered until at least 11am though). The indoor pool and jacuzzi are very clean as well and are open late which always works out well! The staff is super nice--every morning the maids in the hallway always greeted us and the front desk was pleasant and accomodating (we had 3 rooms and Friday night, and they were able to get us another one for Saturday right next to the rest of our party). Its close to everything--we even walked to the mud sale in Gordonville. I know this isn't a luxury hotel, but for the price you cannot beat this Best Western-It's the best! And we will be staying here every year for the sale-I gaurantee it!

The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the pillows. I not sure if that is something they are in the middle of doing though because while the ones in our room were sort of hard and lumpy, the ones in my mom's room were soft and very comfortable.

Room Tip: Stay in the main building as it is further away from noisy RT 30. I've also heard the main buil...

I had been to this hotel on family vacations en-route to Florida a few times, so when my now husband and I were newly engaged and planning a weekend getaway, I suggested Lancaster County, and the Best Western Revere Inn. That was in May 2009, and we have been back there twice a year since then, our most recent trip being Presidents Day Weekend 2012. The rooms are always immaculate, there is free continental breakfast in the lobby every morning (and 24/7 coffee and tea), and the indoor pool and hot tub are great for relaxing no matter what season or weather. The hotel itself is set back on a bit of a hill so you're really not right on Lincoln Highway, which does have a lot of tractor-trailer traffic, but because of the distance from the road, you never hear it. Also, the location on Lincoln Highway is far enough away from the "main drag" of outlets, restaraunts, and Dutch Wonderland, so it really is a nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay. The hotel staff is super friendly, and we have never had an issue there with anything. On our most recent trip we booked the King Suite which has a kitchen area, livingroom area with gas fireplace (and the couch pulls out to a bed), and separate bedroom with a large bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. (The best part was that the King Suites are located at the END of each floor's hallway, so you never even have to worry about hearing people passing or any hallway noise.) There is an adjacent restaurant, the Revere Tavern, which serves excellent food and is just a short walk away. This is the ONLY hotel we will stay at when visiting Lancaster County. There is a dinner theater next door, which shares the parking lot, so if the hotel is booked up AND there's a theater show going on, sometimes parking can be a bit tight, as we found out last weekend, but we were assured by hotel staff that if we made up our own parking spot under the trees in the grass, we would not get a parking ticket (we didn't). Perfect place for couples or families, and short driving distance from all of the sights and attractions in Lancaster County.

Room Tip: Any room here is good. Note when making reservations there are TWO buildings - the main building and...

My family and I have been going to this hotel every year for the past seven years. We always rent the king suite which is at the end of the hallway on the first floor. It has two good sized bedrooms, an ample living room and an efficiency kitchen. Every time we have been there, the room has been no less than immaculate. The bedding and towels are fresh and clean as is the entire unit. They provide a nice breakfast in the morning. There normally is not enough tables to sit at for the breakfast, however, because we rent the king suite we take the breakfast back to our room and eat there. The pool area is clean and well kept. The front desk staff is not the friendliest, but they all seem to know how to do their jobs. There is some late night slamming of doors, however, that is to be expected in a hotel. This hotel is close to all amenities and to the beautiful rolling hills and farmland of Lancaster County.

Room Tip: I would recommend the king suite. It is, of course, more money, but it has ample space, a fireplace...

This is our second stay and we just couldn't ask for anything better. We were using a "free" night and I thought we might get a second rate room. No the case at all. Room was set up with a vanity outside the bathroom with a bench--perfect for putting on makeup with plenty of light. Next a living area with big screen plasma tv, sofa and recliner. A half wall separates it from the bedroom area and the headboard is even equipped with reading lights! Add a refrigerator and another tv in the bedroom area as well as another stuffed chair. All bedding was comfy and everything was spotless. Indoor pool and hottub were nice and the staff was very friendly easy checkin and checkout. Breakfast included the usual with a waffle maker, hot egg sandwiches, etc. There's even a small gift shop. We'll definitely return again. Great job!

Room Tip: There are two separate buildings. Ask to be in the main one which has interior corridors, the break...

We have stayed there 4 times in the past 2 years as we take friends to visit Amish country. The service is excellent, the rooms are very large and comfortable, there is a vanity area outside the bathroom for hair and makeup. The location is perfect for exploring the Amish residential and business areas, close to Lancaster for restaurants and the grounds are simply lovely for strolling in the evenings. Associated with the hotel is an historic restaurant that is fun to visit. Breakfasts have hot and cold food, fruit, cheese, etc. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby. The staff are more than helpful.

Room Tip: Choose a room in the new building, where most of the rooms are located. The second floor is nice, lo...
