We stopped in for dinner, and this was our first visit to the sinkhole. I have heard mixed reviews about it, so it wasn't high on my list to check out. We ordered nachos for an appetizer, absolutely no flavor what so ever. The seasoned meat (hamburger) had no seasoning at all, just a hard fry almost blackened. The re fried beans were bland, and the jalapenos were more like a green bell pepper. I had the Brisket sandwich in the Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, again plenty of sauce but absolutely no flavor, and a ton of fat. My wife had the fish sandwich, wish like a 12" piece of fish on a kaiser roll, not sure what they were thinking here. Again absolutely no flavor, not sure if this place knows what seasoning is. Our server was not the best either, but I guess this is what you get when you dine at a bowling alley. Don't worry about the sinkhole putting you out of business, your food and service quality will do that on it's own.
