A niece traveling with us made an impulse purchase of a souvenir she shouldn't have spent her money on. The clerk there was extremely helpful and understanding, and let us return it the next day.

Can't say if the candy is good or not. Money is too hard to come by to spend it on candy as high priced at theirs.

Been there numerous times...spring ...things are just getting started....grounds are nice to walk around.... when the elephant fountain is going, very nice place for pictures....when gardens are blooming beautiful! Don't miss it...and it always changes a bit each season/holiday. Fudge flavors are very unique. Salt Carmel was yummy! Old time candies are fun....and peanuts are different roasts...we liked regular.

Weird. Verge of creepy at times. But fun and youthful. Glad we went. Definitely a novelty like south of the border. Tons of candy and gifts... Enjoyed that more than elephant collection.

Mr Ed's is a fun place - a lot to see, especially elephants and curiosities. They have all kinds of candy to choose from too - it reminds me a bit of the old penny candy stores. The staff are very friendly. We first stopped in after touring Gettysburg all day and it was enjoyable to end the day with.

Mr. Ed's is entertaining for children but not very easy on the parent's pocketbook. There is lots of ...expensive....old-time candies. Just be prepared. It is not inexpensive here.
