Some friends had stopped in at this restaurant on a previous trip to North East, PA so we thought we would give it a try for our June 2012 trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and relaxed atmosphere. There were five people in our dinner party and we all have something from the specials board. Three ordered prime rib and were very happy with the meals. One in our party ordered the fried fish and it was a good chunk of fish in a crispy batter. I ordered the mussels in garlic sauce as an appetizer, they were plentiful and delicious. And from the specials board, a bay scallop and tomato on linguine which was very tasty and filling without feeling stuffed. There was also a special "cold strawberry soup" on the board that one person in our party ordered as a dessert so we could all try it. It was a very delicious ending to a good meal.
