Being invited to a wedding in New Hope, we made reservations to stay at the NEWLY RENOVATED Pineapple Hill. What a beautiful and gracious experience we had. Scott and Roy are wonderful hosts who can't do enough to make you comfortable. The B&B is beautifully decorated both inside and out. Accommodations were great and the morning brunch was not only delicious.but very appealing. Even though the weekend was gray on the outside, the interior of Pineapple Hill was bright and happy. We felt sad about leaving this little bit of heaven but knew that the Welcome Mat was always there for us. We give Pineapple Hill a diamond star and to Scott and Roy a great big hug.

I visited the Pineapple Hill B&B with my mother during Mother's Day weekend and had the BEST time! Roy and Scott were SO accommodating and friendly. It was very hard to believe we were visiting during their SECOND weekend open. The house is beautiful and charming. I will absolutely return to this B&B in the future. Roy and Scott surpassed my expectations!

My wife and I stole away for a quick overnight to see long time friends from New York. We were travelling from the DC area and chose New Hope, PA as THE place to meet. While searching for a place to stay, we were a bit challenged in that we could only do a one night visit. Challenged we were, until we reached out to Scott at the Pineapple Hill B&B Inn. He and Roy were able to accomodate our group with two fantastic rooms and more hospitality than is deserved by anyone. Although the weather was a bit damp, Roy kept everyone in high spirits with a comlimentary wine hour complete with delicious offerings from Scott's kitchen. The breakfast was superb as well with copious amounts of home made dishes that left us satisfied, both body and soul.

We are already planning a return visit so that we can take advantage of the nice pool and ample grounds. I understand the sumer bookings are going fast so we won't be waiting much longer!

My advice to anyone reading reviews of this B&B Inn is to ONLY read the reviews covering the last 7 weeks when the new owners took over. Previous reviews were mixed but I can only imagine going forward they will be great. Roy & Scott have, what I consider, created the perfect Inn. Not only is the place spotless, ultra comfortable, inviting and in a perfect setting in beautiful Bucks County. My daughter is building a home nearby and called to tell me to book the Pineapple Inn because it was the new "buzz" around New Hope. The rooms are perfectly outfitted, our bed was more comfortable than at home ( and this has never happened at ANY hotel or Inn before), the owners were extremely accomodating and fun to be around (Scott even opened the bordeaux I brought and delivered it to my wife any I sitting on the new comfortable deck), the breakfast was a "4 Seasons" equal, and best of all , they arranged a cab to take us to dinner so we could enjoy a nice glass or two and not worry about driving the narrow roads of New Hope. We've stayed at other B&B's/Inns around the area but this is definitely the one we'll return too.

Room Tip: We toured most of the rooms all looked great

My girlfriend and I were the first overnight guests at Pineapple Hill B&B since ownership changed hands. In fact, we were the only guests staying in the Inn the night so we had the place to ourselves. Signing the first page of the guest book was an honor. The recent renovations and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Scott and Roy showed business hospitality, social friendliness and genuine compassion throughout our stay. Located just a couple of miles outside of town, this inn gives you a chance to relax off the main drag. It is also one of the few B&B's in New Hope with a swimming pool. The booking came with a $50.00 gift certificate to Marsha Browns. Combined with the wonderfully served breakfast, we ate succulently like royalty. Subconsciously, we must have liked our stay so much that my promises to return soon as guests were met with accurate prophecy. You see, we accidentally took the room key and had to return a few hours later. Give this Inn a try, a taste and a toast!

In just a couple of months the new owners, Scott and Roy, have turned this beautifully renovated inn into a rare treasure. The sweet weighty scent of lilacs in bloom welcomed us as we approached the house and, later, as we roamed the property, but this was only the beginning of a most welcoming stay at Pineapple Hill. Scott greeted us at the door and told us everything we wanted to know about their 1700s. If you enjoy old building remnants, there are several old stone foundations and a spring house. The pool, which the owners are planning to update for next year, was built inside the walls of the old barn. Simply wonderful! The rooms are impeccably clean and beautiful. Our room was in the newest section of the house, but still had the charm of staying at an historic inn. Each morning we were awakened by the mouthwatering aroma of a hearty breakfast being prepared, which can be enjoyed in the attractive dining room or on the deck. The deck is a wonderfully planned new addition. It's a pleasant place to relax alone or mingle with others, including Roy and Scott who seem to have as much fun as their guests. My husband and I live only 45 minutes from Pineapple Hill but plan to return for a relaxing weekend.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the house will be a bit quieter. River Road, though only one lane in each direc...

These Inkeepers may be new at the game, but they're already acting like pros. They clearly enjoy being in the company of their guests, and by the time we left we felt like family. Breakfasts were excellent, plenty of variety and lots of attention to detail. We regtetted it was too early in the season to enjoy the beautiful pool out back. If you have only one night to spend, go somewhere else and save Pineapple Hill for a more leisurely stay.
