Surprised to arrive and find out the menus are fixed price 4 and 7 course dinners which is not reflected on their website! Fixed prices for with or without wine pairings. ($20 difference).

Dear TA1666,
Thank you for the feedback on your July 25th visit. We appreciate the 4 stars and hope that is reflective of both the food and service you received on that night. The team at Nikolas aims to provide a warm and inviting dining experience with exceptional and unique food, personalized hospitality and professional service in a beautiful setting. We look forward to welcoming you back again and again. I'm curious to know which website you viewed that did not specify our prix fixe menu. Both of our websites, Logan Inn and Nikolas talk in detail about the prix fixe menus at Nikolas and all the dinner menus are titled with the word prix fixe, i.e.: "Dinner $39 Prix Fixe Menu". Perhaps you were looking at the menus for Logan Terrace where we do offer a la carte entrées along with small plates and lighter fare... In any case, we hope you'll enjoy BOTH! Cheers! New Hope on a Friday night can be crowded in the summer. Things can get complicated when you show up without a reservation. We hadn't been to the Logan Inn/Nikolas, and we typically aren't the "price fixe" types. Admittedly, we were a tad concerned that in the midst of all the crowds, we could get a table! But we were starved, ecstatic to not have to wait and got a great table on the enclosed porch (outside is nice; the heat warranted comfort). With a bit of trepidation, we opted to go for it and see what Nikolas had to offer. It started out great, and continued to get better! The staff is awesome; regular folks, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our somalier (not yet certified - but close) was outstanding. The pairings were perfect! We chose the four course and she walked us through the details of each wine pairing; not too much info, but enough to keep it interesting. The food was exceptional - Kobe Strip; Filet; Sea Bass were all superb. Salads were awesome, and the desserts...wow! All were good - but if you like rice pudding...some of the best ever! I suspect that price fixe can make some folks nervous. But if you're in New Hope and happen by the Logan Inn/Nikolas - go for it! You will thoroughly enjoy the food, the wine, and the atmosphere. We had a great meal and tons of fun too!

Our favorite overnighter is New Hope, and our favorite overnight stop is Logan Inn. This turned out to be a perfect adult family outing. What a pleasure being able to park your car and not wory about anything. After a day of walking through New Hope, over the bridge to Lambertville and back again what a pleasure to relax in our room and get ready for dinner. Not being very hungry we decided to go downstairs to the Logan Terrace. We ordered a very weel made and generous cocktail. Our bartender asked if we'd like to see a menu, so glad she did. I think we ordered half the menu. Calimari, french onion soup, a Greek platter with hummus, grape leaves, delicious fritter type cake and greek yougurt(my fave). Don't hesitate to stop in, enjoy the town walking by and just relax and enjoy!

We had a wonderful meal last weekend. We were seated outdoors under cover. It was warm to begin the evening and as our leisurely dinner continued, they turned on outdoor heaters to keep us comfortable. Servers were attentive. My wife had the surf & turf and said it was the BEST lobster tail she had EVER had. I had the wagyu strip steak and it was great. There is a choice of 2 four-course and 1 seven-course price fixe meals. We opted for one of the four course options and enjoyed each of them. A wonderful meal and can't wait to go back

I took my wife to Nikolas to celebrate her birthday. We had an amazing meal. The food was so fresh and tasty. We ordered from the Four Course, Prix Fixe Menu with the optional wine pairing. The atmosphere was perfect - very romantic.
