This place was amazing. My boyfriend and I went on a Friday night before fireworks and can't wait to go back! The staff was all great, and the preset meal costs were great. I tried lamb for the first time and even ate the carrots that came out! I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for amazing, unique food. The staff was so helpful in explaining what each thing was and we didn't feel rushed at all. Going back again for sure.

Off on the side street sits this quirky restaurant that one has to try if for nothing else but to enjoy the fun and homey atmoshere. Tried this on a whim when the restaurant opened for sunday dinner. Apparently we were fortunate enough to get in without a reservation as the place was booked. Love the farm to table concept along with the Chefs story. Staff was professional and very enthusiastic. Never once did we need to look around or wonder where the waiter was. This is a byob place and I unfortunately did not have a "B" so instead enjoyed some house ice tea. Menu is prixe fixe -for 3 courses. Limited menu, but plenty to choose from and there a couple of specials. We were served some hot fresh popcorn and a delicious basket of home made muffins and rosemary foccia upon sitting. We tried the hot soup of the day , which was muscle chowder which was delicious. We tried the pork shank - melted off the bone and the filet which replaced the flat iron steak that night. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My only comment on the steak dish was that the side of carrots and sweet potato frites was monochrome and a little sweet (also had an orange plate). Plenty of homemade desserts to choose from. We tried the creme brulee and the peach cobbler both were really good. Currently restaurant only takes cash or checks. They expect to be able to take cards soon. Restroom (1) is on the first level. Will be back!

This is a small restaurant with a big heart. The minute we entered we felt a warm and friendly vibe. Our waitress was the chefs sister and she gave us the backround on how this farm to table restaurant was conceived. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Simply fresh and delicious. Definitely a keeper. Can't wait to return.

We called last minute for a Friday evening dinner, full house. A lovely table was reserved and great food was served. When we were considering taking those fab desserts home, a thoughtful chef..wait no..owner advised us to take the desert that travels well. OK, sounds good, but then served us the "non-traveling" dessert to taste! Hold on that's too accommodating, and the food was DEElicious! New favorite restaurant.

This is the third time we have traveled forty five minutes for dinner here in the last two months. The funky atmosphere, delightful wait-staff,and excellent food convinced us to return with another couple for a retirement celebration dinner. We were not disappointed. One highlight of this restaurant is the variety of menu items on each visit. They,in addition to the specials, ensure that one not fear "same ol' same ol'." This time was no exception. The pork shank was again a hit.The swordfish was moist, toothsome, and not overly saucy. The beef tenderloin substitute for the flank steak could not have been better.Peach cobbler for desert was a winner. All of this and the value for what we received caused us to overlook some minor criticisms: the reservation system(?) needs improvement. It took us two days before anyone answered the phone. The wait-staff is energetic and conscientious so why can't they learn what plate goes to which diner without having to ask "who gets the pickled chicken feet?"Pick,pick,pick....excuse me!After the delightful experience at Blue Moose we walked across the street to surprise the newly retired member of our party to thirty minutes of New Hope fireworks! Now,how can you beat that?
