“WE EAT AT YODER'S MOST TIMES WE GO TO LANCASTER”
Reviewed November 1, 2010

We visit Lancaster about 6 times per year. We eat at least one meal (usually breakfast) at Yoder's at least once each trip. We have eaten lunch and dinner there as well. They have an excellent selection of food at a great price and everything is delicious. Our experience has been that with some buffets (even the more expensive ones) many of the food items have a generic taste and they all taste the same. We have never experienced this at Yoder's. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who is visiting the Lancaster area.

“Delicious soup, salad and dessert bar for $8.99!”
Reviewed October 16, 2010

Enjoyed our first visit to Yoder's at lunchtime today. The full land and sea buffet was available for $13.99, but we decided on the $8.99 soup, salad, bread, and dessert bar, and had more than enough to eat. Everything was good, especially their breads and their chocolate cake with peanut butter icing -- delicious!

“Fantastically Cheap Lunch Buffet”
Reviewed August 21, 2010

Good home cooked meals on a buffet. Yummy! They had a soup and bread bar, a salad bar, a hot meal bar, a cake bar, and a carousel of pies! for 22.96 for two of all you can eat, it was well worth it. We ate around noon and wasn't hungry again until 9pm!

“the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at”
Reviewed July 13, 2010

We couldn't believe how terrible this restaurant was. We went because it was a buffet. We have a 2 1/2 year old so that's great for him. I don't think we had anything that tasted good. Oh wait, that's not true - the Diet Sprite was fine. We tried the baked fish, dinner rolls, ham balls, mac and cheese, salad bar, fried chicken, corn, turkey with gravy, cheesecake, and probably some other things, too. Not a single thing tasted good and some things (fish, ham balls, and cheesecake) had to be immediately spit out - they were too terrible to swallow. Even the dinner rolls were stale. By the end of our meal we were laughing because it was so unbelievably terrible. Sadly, we paid $30 for the meal.

“Great Value!”
Reviewed July 6, 2010

I'm sure the food could be better...it's not gourmet but it is a very good value. How much can you eat??? The salad bar is excellent.....if there is any down side it is the desserts. That's ok with me. I'm always more than satisfied eatting here. It is one of the best in the area. I always try to get there for the lunch prices. I eat here at least 1/month sometimes more.
