I have dined twice at this family owned and operated restaurant, which I discovered through Groupon. Located in a strip mall, this restaurant may lack a bit in ambiance (though it is ultra clean and inviting). However, it more than compensates for this through their friendly and attentive service as well as by the uncompromising quality and flavor of their homemade food. Our two appetizers - babaghanouj and baked kibbeh were excellent and were polished off our plates quickly. The Shankleesh salad, a dish that is uniquely Syro-Lebanese, was outstanding - a must try! (Use no fork to eat this salad - you have to scoop it up with pita bread to savor its goodness). The chicken kabob, served with fresh garlic sauce for dipping and hot peppers on the side, was grilled to perfection - crisp outside (but not charred) with a juicy interior. The lamb kabob (served with the same accompaniments) was also juicy and tender, though it could have been roasted a bit more. My only regret is that we had no room for dessert. An extra bonus to my husband was that there were no after effects from eating here. So go ravenous and enjoy some of the best authentic middle eastern food anywhere.
