RIOS seems very unassuming from the outside. However, if you're not a vegetarian and you have worked up a mighty appetite, their Brazilian prix fixe dinner is the ticket. For about $25, lower when running specials, a waiter keeps coming to your table to slice different cuts of steak, pork, lamb, chicken from a huge skewer to try. There is also a soup and salad bar included.
Unlike the reviewer below, I've never encountered undercooked meat.
I would recommend it.
