take the champagne glass room.. 2 floor suite.. u walk in see couch/small tv and fireplace.. enclosed private heart shaped pool set at 90 degreess. u walk down and theres a massage table, heat lamps, and saune room....upstairs is round bed, mirrored ceilings with star lights.. jacuzzi in the champagne glass is awsome, roomy, great shower.. double sink .. good size refrigerator.. and table to sit... lots of different lights...

the comedian at night is just ok... theres night kareoke, if you request kosher meals, they are airplane food, bring your own.. its not terrible but u might go hungry..

very cozy and they give you 3 pm checkout upon request.

When I booked this weekend getaway, I spoke with a very convincing rep from Paradise Stream's 1800 number. After perusing the website as well as being told the resort just went through million dollar renovations, we took a chance. The rep assured me that Paradise Stream was the most updated out of the three Cove resorts with many activities to enjoy - paddleboats, archery, basketball, a pool....

After arriving it was clear that the renovations must have been put into the guest rooms and not the grounds or any of the activities. When you enter the property you are greeted by a large heart with "You are now entering the land of love" painted onto it. We should have turned around at that point. We decided to drive around the property prior to checking in. We discovered bent basketball rims, deflated basketballs, broken archery arrows and tacky Valentine's day decorations and lingerie in the window of the giftshop.

After reluctantly checking in, we went to our room - Diana's Oasis. The room smelled musty upon entry. Everything was there as promised - the heart shaped jacuzzi, a bed, and a private pool. And in theory this all seems wonderful, but it was poorly executed. The room felt cheap and all I could think about was how many possible x rated films were shot there. There were dead ants in the corners of the room, the tvs were old, the clock radio might be discontinued being from the 70's.

Since we arrived around 4pm, dinner was the next step. We left our room in hopes that we would get a good meal. We entered the main lobby and started in the auditorium style room where appetizers were being served. I felt like I was in the Apollo.... 30 years ago. NOTHING was updated. The apps consisted of chicken on wood skewers and philly cheese steak egg rolls left in heated bins for you. The dining room next door had a theme menu - ours was Romance night. I ordered the haddock which was dried out and my boyfriend, the shrimp pasta dish - which the shrimp were about the size of a penny and the pasta was overcooked to the point that it was falling apart.

Once dinner was complete we decided to go to the giftshop on our walk back to our room. All I can say is that it had an entire wall dedicated to late night activities with your partner. Toys, Ointments, you name it....

Basically, the only positive thing I can say is that the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

I could go on and on, but I'd rather not relive this experience. We stayed for one night and got a refund for the other two days we were supposed to stay. The entire time I was there I felt cheap and that I paid WAY TOO MUCH. I was waiting for my friends and family to pop out of a bush telling me it was all a joke and the real "resort" was nearby. If you are looking for a quality resort rather than a 70's revival experience, please look elsewhere and save your time and money.

My girlfriend and I were scheduled to check-in on a Friday afternoon. I called to reconfirm our reservation two days before and they suggested we arrive in the morning and could have breakfast at the resort. Our room was ready at 9:30am after breakfast which was great. The hotel is close to the Crossings outlets and Mt. Airy Lodge which has a casino. We stayed in Diana's Oasis which had a jacuzzi for 2 and a private pool. We stayed for two nights. The entertainment included comedians both nights and a band on one night. They offered ballroom dancing lessons before the show which were fun. My brother and his wife booked the same weekend we did. The highlight of the weekend involved my brother. He looks and sounds like Rodney Dangerfield. On Saturday night while the band was on a break, they let him do his Rodney impressions and jokes. He performed for about 5 minutes and did a great job. Other activities included archery and a horse drawn carriage ride around the grounds. The food was surprisingly good. One morning we had breakfast in bed and on Saturdays it includes a small bottle of champagne. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a romantic weekend with that special person in your life.

We stayed in the Garden of Eden suite which had a 7' tall champagne glass shaped whirlpool, a 9' x 10' heart shaped swimming pool, dry sauna, round bed with starlit ceiling above and a fireplace as well!!
The suite was immaculate and decorated with an Egyptian style motif. The pool is in a separate area that it temperature controlled to 95 degrees constantly. The round bed, while stylish, is not comfortable at all (unless you like a hard bed).
The staff are the most professional and courteous people we have experienced in our travels over the past 30 years - including several trips abroad. They are there to see to your every need, and that's what they do. There are daily events planned for you which are available if you choose to participate. Biking, archery, boche ball, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard are all available too!
Included in the cost is breakfast, either in bed or in the dining room, and dinner. And the food is top quality!! Some of the best meals we have experienced.
There is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. But just place an order for coffee in the morning and they deliver it at a time of your choice!!
There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area, and again the staff were most helpful with directions and advice on where to go, shop, etc. And don't forget the free live entertainment, on premises, nightly!!
You need to go here at least once!

My husband and I decided to take a "second honeymoon" six months after our actual honeymoon-before there was no time for another vacation. We booked the Paradise Stream Resort in a Lakeside Villa and after reading some of the reviews on here, I was a little skeptical. Well all I have to say was that they were WRONG! This place was awesome, my husband and I had an amazing time!

Food-the food was great-there were a ton of choices and if you didn't see something on the menu all you have to do is ask and they will accommodate you as best as they can.

Service-the service was great, the CXO's were SOO friendly and very funny!

Rooms-the Lakeside Villa is DEFINITELY the way to go-you are completely detached from everyone and have a lot of privacy. The bed was very comfortable-we always bring our own pillows when we travel-but their pillows also looked comfy-they gave you a bunch. The heart shaped jacuzzi was delightful and the bathroom was beautiful with granite counter tops. There was a fridge which kept everything extremely cold...the only minor complaint we had was the AC could've been pumping a little higher, but not a big deal.

Amenities- The activities were plentiful and fun! We went horseback riding-for free (part of the honeymooners perks) which was a beautiful hour long ride through wooded trails, we went to the local shooting range, the house of candles, among a ton of games and tournaments that they offered right on the grounds. We played BINGO and won some cash too!

All in all, I would DEFINITELY recommend Paradise Stream for your next relaxing getaway with your loved one! :) Hope you have as much fun as we did!

We arrived Friday night at 9:00PM and missed dinner, but they gave us a menu for a sandwich meal and brought it to the night club for us to eat during the comedy show. The xxx Newleywed Game was funny, but the host was a bit crude with his language. The comedians were both great Friday night. Saturday night, we took in the ballroom dance lesson and my wife enjoyed it a lot. The band was ok and the comedian was good, putting the croud into the act of asking where we were from, our job, how long married, etc. and joking about or lives.
The food was great on Saturday and Sunday morning and the "Strip Night" dinner was excellent too. I enjoyed sitting with other couples during our meals. We did not do breakfast in the room.
The rooms were clean and spacious and a bit dated, but very nice. Our private pool and room the pool was in was very HOT and we told maintenance on Saturday morning and he adjusted it just right. I would like to have had a shower for two, but you can't have everything. The round bed was suprisingly comfortable and the sound system was really good.
The one complaint is they need to have better directions on their website or their map. We went the 1.4 miles it said from Route 80 on Route 940 and there was nothing, so we called and got directions. This happened to numerous people we talked to as well.
When I got back, I told a friend about it and he said he went to Pocono Palace and loved it too. We would recommend this resort to other couples too.

I would recommend this resort if you want to have some good, cheesy, romantic FUN with your sweetheart. The resort has so many different activities and accomodations, you can find so much to do that's included in the price. We stayed in the Apple suite, and it was AWESOME!! Own pool definitely a plus, it was small but fun and so relaxing. I thought the bed wasn't great, but my husband was fine with it. When we arrived early for check in I was pleasntly suprised to find our room ready for us. Meals were great in a beautiful dining room, just like a formal restaurant. Kosher meals were NOT good, if you keep kosher, byof. The nature walk was beautiful and we did just about every single game on the property, which took an entire afternoon. Even though we did not order breakfast in bed it was delivered even before we set out for the dining room. Can't wait to come back !!!
