After several visits to this location, I feel compelled to speak out. When you deserve a break today, this McDonald's serves up an extra course of bad management. The building is far too small for the amount of business coming their way, cramped into a tiny corner of a large strip-mall parking lot. The drive-thru is approached from two different directions, causing confusion and road rage getting in queue. Once in line, be prepared for extensive waiting to present your order, more waiting to pay, even more to grab and go at the proverbial "second window". The workers here seem under-trained and helpless. Then, be careful because there's a blind-side exit door just as you're ready to drive away. The people who own this place need to spend some money and upgrade their little gold-mine. Buy some space that's a parking lot, tear your building down and put up a new modern restaurant. You'll be more successful in the end. And be more attentive to training and retaining your workers.
