“Worst hotel I've ever been too!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2012

I've had to stay here twice for Nascar races. This past summer when we checked in we waited about 40 mins to check in, the man that had been working the desk left the building and never returned we tried calling the company hotline and got no where. The only nice thing is the breakfast was nice..in order to pull into the parking lot you must make a U-turn on the highway since there is cement walls up and no turning lanes. I noticed all the hotel stayed I came in contact with had trouble speaking and understanding English. The man who is supposed to be in charge of this hotel bearly speaks English and is VERY unhelpful.

Aug 17-19 2012. Reservations made directly on hotel website. Photos are fraudulent.
Pool/hot tub, especially. Hot-tub was covered with boards and a tarp. Desk said it was out of commission for 2 years (yes years, not weeks or days). Rude front desk person would make no effort to help us. Had to beg for 800 number of Choice Hotels. Will update post when we get a response. False advertising if you ask me.

Room Tip: Squeeling shower (must be air in pipes), slow drain, adequate but you wouldn't want to spend all...

Booked 3 rooms at this location and one of these rooms gave me a surprised. One of the king size "suites" bathroom was opened to the room. Yes .. The bathtub had no wall just a curtain .... So if u bathing anyone in the room could see into the bathroom.. There were 3 people staying at that suite one was sleeping on the sofa bed so it made it an awkward stay ... The hotel is not only need of repairs and updating but just eveyrday cleaning. I found crumbs on the bed and phone...Bathroom curtains were dirty.. But it seems to be the average condition of hotels in Monroe County...

Room Tip: Be aware that some rooms like 206's bathrooms is open to the sleep area...!!! NO WALL....

My mother's funeral brought our family to the pocono mountains in December 2011. We arrived from various locations of the U.S. We were all impressed with the accomadations and professionalism of this franchise. I look forward to returning to the Quality Inn.

The most disgusting stay I have ever had in Quality Hotel. An absolute shame to their name. Stay so often and expect so much more. Floors were disgusting, dirt and garbage behind the furniture. A stair well that smelled so rancid we were trying not to vomit. Broken doors, broken hot tub, broken coffee pot, broke ice machine, broken toilet, no towels in our room and stains on every surface, even soiled linens left on the bed instead of being changed. Need I say more!!!

Well arrived for the races last night and booked into this property for the first time. Not impressed at all. Hallways are dirty and not vacuumed. Couch in room has big rip in it. Toilet is broken. Air conditioner dials are broken. Ice machine is from turn of century and could barely get ice last night and none this morning. Doors on jacuzzi tub are missing and a shower curtain replacing them. Hard to believe its a quality suites. Room is big though and does have a fake fireplace.
