Stopped for a one night stay on the way back from Virginia. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom, however, had seen better days. Stains on the ceiling as well as the tub surround. The sink was outside the bathroom and lacked adequate counter space. It was fine for one night but would be problem for a longer stay as we like to spread out our toiletries on the counter. The staff was friendly and the breakfast as good. There were several restaurants and multiple shops just up the hill. The Italian Restaurant was good. Would consider it again for a brief stay.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. A one night stay after a show at Montage Mountain. Hotel was recently renovated. Although renovated, I felt as though it was a brand new hotel. From the grounds to the rooms, it is evident a lot of care goes into this Courtyard. Our room was a king which was large enough to hold a sofa and two chairs to give the impression of a living room. Balcony is always nice to have in a room. Check-in, check-out was a breeze. Pool and exercise area were well maintained.
Although the hotel was sold out, it was very quiet and parking was not an issue.
There is a mall close by with all the stores you would normally find in a strip mall. Also seems to be a new hotel going up as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

My 11 year old son and I stayed here while visiting relatives in the area. When we called the Marriott reservation line they told me that hotel was sold out and refered me to the Fairfield 20 minutes away. So i then called the Courtyard direct and got the last room. I found it strange that the parking lot was pretty empty for being sold out. I was unable to use my Marriott points to pay for the room due to it being sold out! Whatever! We arrived 1/2 hour earlier than check-in and were given an upgrade to a king suite. Nice suprise. Wanted two beds but my son used the pull-out.Room was large . Had a flat screen and balacony had a view of PNC field. Very hard to open balacony door. Having chairs out there would have been nice . The location is great. Nice outdoor mall up the street. Christmas tree store, Yankee candle, shoe store. aero, pac sun ,etc.and a few restraunts. We decided to try Johnny Rockets next to the Cinema. It sucked! Slow waiter and wet burgers.Live and learn. Montage ski resort is just up the road. Sno cove water park was supposed to be open due to their website even had hours of operation and prices. Nope not open! Went to the cinema instead and then enjoyed the pool for a few hours. Overall clean room. Pool was fun. Work out room adequate . Game room for the kids.Fresh fruit in the lobby was a nice touch. They serve breakfast in the lobby $10 per person. We enjoyed our stay and will return for ski season.
