We've eaten at Johnson's many times. Food is good to very good. The specials are sometimes very interesting and sometimes creative. Best place to sit is at the small bar -- the barkeeps are often interesting sources of local lore and happenings. Lots of beers on tap. Family owned and operated. It's American food...so let's get our expectations in line here: not a continental dining experience.... Some good dishes: strawberry pecan chicken salad, carmelized pear and grilled chicken salad, meatloaf, reuben, cedar bourbon planked salmon.
