What a nice Hotel we enjoy our stay every time we come here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This Hotel is a little diamond in the rough. Very clean.

Open only a few months, rooms are spacious & decorated in a modern, high-end style I would expect in a much more expensive hotel. Large flat-screen TV in the bedroom & a smaller one in the bath. Beds very comfy; good-sized work desk & a nice loveseat sitting area. Clock radio has an I-Pod plug-in. Close to a large mall. Stayed 6 months ago at the Holiday Inn down the street - this hotel beats that one by a wide margin, & was also $40 less for a one-night stay.

Good hot/cold breakfast buffet included. Hot cider, cookies & fresh fruit available at check in.

They have a computer available for guest use in the boardroom just off the lobby, but no printer attached. The front desk gal was lovely about printing some business docs for me from my USB drive; I offered to pay, she said no worries. Unfortunately after I grabbed breakfast & returned to pick up my copies, the shift had changed & the day manager required payment. I was expecting to pay anyway, but he should have stood behind his employee's "no charge" promise. Other than that, 5 stars!

Eclectic......If HGTV were to give a facelift to a well known name in the hotel industry such as Comfort Suites, this would be it. Upon entering the Lobby you are greeted by a warm smile, sincere hospitality coupled with an excellent staff.
There are a variety of room types to choose from, so if you are a business traveler, a tourist, a family traveling or a couple wanting to plan a romantic get-away, you can find everything you need here. In addition, if you are a business and are looking for a flavour of something a bit out of the ordinary for your conference needs don't hesitate to call and discuss this option also.
The touch of elegance is found through out this facility.
I would highly recommend Comfort Suites, Monroeville, PA to suit the needs of any one who is looking for "something more than just a hotel room"
On another note, in these economic times, it is an excellent value not to be overlooked.

This is a brand-new property, having been open only eight weeks. We were still in the hotel parking lot, when a fellow traveler proclaimed that it was "a class act." He was right! The open lobby was decorated with natural stone accents and fresh flowers. It featured a huge flat-screen tv and was open to the attractive breakfast area. The guests rooms are just beautiful, also featuring a large flat-screen tv. There was a second smaller flat-screen in the bathroom! The tub-surround was granite, with a low-rise contour tub which was wide on the sides and narrow on the ends. The sink was a free-standing red glass bowl on a sleek green counter, with cool track lighting above. The towels were stacked below the sink on a wooden shelf, spa-style. Each comfy bed had four pillows. There was a seating area with a pull-out couch, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The room was well sound- proofed. The breakfast was standard (cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit), but kept well-supplied. The only negative I can think of is that the view over the hotel next- door was not much, but that's about it. Truly outstanding!
