“Great hang out spot”
Reviewed August 14, 2012

No saturday morning trip to town would be complete without a cup of hot joe from the Inglebean. Coffee is always fresh and hot. (They could stand to make it a bit stronger though!) Baked good are always sensational. My daughers lover their panninis!

“Better lunch selection than Elk Creek!”
Reviewed April 21, 2012

Don't get me wrong, I love Elk Creek, which is a half block away, but we ate there the day before and I realized what a limited lunch menu there was, especially for someone with dietary issues, like my mom. Or maybe I needed a change. Went to Ingelbean to check it out for their baked goods and wireless Internet, and ended up eating a delicious curried chicken salad on the freshest, yummiest greens imaginable. The place has a laid back, coffee house vibe mixed in with a fishing lodge. There are rooms for rent upstairs (called Triple Creek Lodge). Never thought Millheim could be such a gem of a place. Two restaurants better than anything in State College! Next time I am going to try a pannini! Ingelbean is open until 4:00 pm.

“Home away From Home”
Reviewed January 31, 2012

This coffee house is one of the warmest and coziest places I have ever been to. It looks just like somebody's large and shabby chic living room. In a way it's even better than home, because you don't have to cook yourself. Instead the menu offers a variety of very reasonably priced paninis, salads, soups, baked goods and a nice variety of teas and coffees.
The "IngleBean Coffee House" is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., giving the people from Millheim and the surrounding area a great place to meet during the day.
Millheim itself is experiencing a kind of renaissance. It has added a wine shop, an outdoor outfitters store and the Green Drake Gallery to its downtown shopping area during the last year. Visit all of them and don't forget to stop for dinner at everybody's favorite "Elk Creek Cafe and Ale Works"!

“Delightful, and oh those chocolate cookies!”
Reviewed January 2, 2012

We drove to Millheim from Selinsgrove and stopped for coffee and cookies at the Inglebean. It is an adorable coffee house. All we had was cappuccinos (delicious) and two cookies. which were amazingly good (there was a hint of cayenne pepper in the chocolate cookie! If you are looking to get away from the big city, the area around Selinsgrove and Lewisburg is wonderful ... and the drive on rural route 45 is so relaxing. The coffee house is right across from an artists' cooperative, which unfortunately was closed the day we were there.
