This coffee house is one of the warmest and coziest places I have ever been to. It looks just like somebody's large and shabby chic living room. In a way it's even better than home, because you don't have to cook yourself. Instead the menu offers a variety of very reasonably priced paninis, salads, soups, baked goods and a nice variety of teas and coffees.
The "IngleBean Coffee House" is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., giving the people from Millheim and the surrounding area a great place to meet during the day.
Millheim itself is experiencing a kind of renaissance. It has added a wine shop, an outdoor outfitters store and the Green Drake Gallery to its downtown shopping area during the last year. Visit all of them and don't forget to stop for dinner at everybody's favorite "Elk Creek Cafe and Ale Works"!

We drove to Millheim from Selinsgrove and stopped for coffee and cookies at the Inglebean. It is an adorable coffee house. All we had was cappuccinos (delicious) and two cookies. which were amazingly good (there was a hint of cayenne pepper in the chocolate cookie! If you are looking to get away from the big city, the area around Selinsgrove and Lewisburg is wonderful ... and the drive on rural route 45 is so relaxing. The coffee house is right across from an artists' cooperative, which unfortunately was closed the day we were there.

The Inglebean is a delightful place in a delightful town. The pastries and coffee are excellent - (awesome chocolate chip cookies!), and the two lovely women who welcome you create all these wonderful treats! The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable! Definitely worth going out of your way to visit!

Classic rustic coffee house with fresh baked goods, homemade soup, salads and sandwiches (panninis or breakfast "sammies"). Free wifi, stone fireplace, comfy chairs and good music. Check out the facebook page for current offerings. I am the owners mother and proud of it!
