“Overpriced diner food”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

I can't believe this is what "The Little Inn" has become. The food was mediocre - at best, and wasn't worth the price. We used to dine here often prior to it becoming "Generations". It is definitely not what it used to be. The food is no better than diner food. At least at a diner you won't spend as much money. The only thing this restaurant has going for it, is its spacious rooms and previous "Little Inn" reputation.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

Unfortunately, our experience here for Easter Brunch was not as favorable as other reviewers. We've dined at Generations many times before, so it was surprising that the Easter Brunch was so disappointing.

Three of us ordered omelettes: two came runny and undercooked and the other was burned. We decided not to send them back and enjoy the buffet selections instead. However, many of the items on the buffet were equally unimpressive. The carved roast beef was extremely dry, tough, overcooked. It was as if the entree was prepared the night before in preparation for the big Easter crowd. If the "cheese" sauce for the macaroni and cheese had any real cheese in it, I'd be surprised. My kids didn't even like it - and they eat macaroni and cheese as a staple food. The Hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict was equally bland. The two sauces could have been the same - they were both that tasteless. The orange juice tasted watered down. Certainly the meal was better than getting breakfast from a drive-thru at a chain fast-food restaurant, but for $24/person - I shouldn't have to console myself with this thought.

Given our previous good experiences, we'll try Generations again - but not for Easter. It seemed the food quality suffered in order to accommodate the expected big crowds.

“Easter brunch”
Reviewed April 2, 2013

First time dining out on Easter, food was outstanding very plentiful,to many food groups to mention, desert table was outstanding, pancakes waffles and omelets our server took orders for before we headed to buffet, and to our surprise was placing on table just as we returned from the buffet and knew what each of us ordered placing it in front of us,by the way the bloodymarys are great with brunch, service overall was outstanding ,extensive dishes to chose ,reasonable price, and best of all we left feeling we had just visited family on Easter.Thank you Dylan and Generations

“Always excellent”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

The food and service there have been consistently excellent. People I take there always enjoy it as much as I do. PLENTY of room in the restaurant to accommodate lots of people, plus a room for private parties. Sunday brunch is worth the trip.

“Awesome Sunday Brunch”
Reviewed March 14, 2013 via mobile

We took a party of 15 here for brunch to celebrate Mom's 81st birthday and it was wonderful. I researched restaurants in the area that offered Sunday brunch and this was by far the most extensive menu AND the most reasonable price. Everyone in our party enjoyed it and left completely stuffed. We will definitely go again.
