Quiet for a Chili's. Not a huge crowd but it was a Wednesday evening. 2 couples. The waitress was efficient - din't hover but was available when needed. Food was very good, prepared to our liking and just the right amount. We weren't rushed which was appreciated. We'll go back again.

And have to say it was very good, Brian did a wonderful job keeping up with 11 people. He didn't miss a beat. Food was very good, had the smokehouse combo with the ribs and a double order of the sausage and both where very good, the dry rub was done well had a good zing to it. Again service was very good, and everyone enjoyed their meals

After our Sunday long runs (7-28 miles depending on training season) we usually go to Chile's here to refuel with salads, small plates, etc., which in general serve their purpose: to refuel. This time we were here on a Saturday for my step-sons' birthday with the extended family. So, I decided to order something completely different. I ordered the guacamole burger with grass-fed beef. It was a complete grease-bomb. I had to keep wiping my fingers because of the grease. Couldn't taste the meat and just tasted like oil. I will try the grass-fed beef again at a later date here since the other food we've had here is ok to good particularly the southwestern egg rolls.

A business associate selected Chili's for a working lunch; we arrived after 12:30 and could have selected almost any table. We ate in the bar area which was a brighter environment than the restaurant area.

Later in this form this question is asked: "Is there a TV?" YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, and YES. The human eye/brain connection reverts to its cave man instincts and identifies and turns to motion. It is challenging to stay focused on the table conversation when your attention is so easily diverted. THANKFULLY there was no volume to turn down...and closed caption text was too small to read – nearly a perfect combination!

We were timely welcomed and the menu was explained as necessary.

The kitchen must have been operating at the "we've over loaded with orders" pace so they could prepare for that time should it arrive. When delivered, the hots were hot; the colds were cold.

Past experience at this place prompted me to closely check the exposed perimeter of the dishware for grease residue. There was none. (Good job...or did they remember me and hand pick a clean plate? HMMMMMM .... no they are not that good).

Both of us commented on the food quality/taste, It was good.

What started out as reluctant journey to an anticipated "disappointment destination" morphed into a pleasant experience.

The server was polite and engaging and never once wanted to establish a relationship with me... she did not call me dear or hon or...

A rating of FOUR DOTS is not a stretch or sympathy rating. They earned it.

Food is as good as it gets at a Chilis. Servers were friendly and attentive. The 2 for $20 is a good deal. The chicken Alfredo pasta was tasty and filling they tried hiding that the garlic bread was burnt by putting the burnt side down. Sent it back and the manager brought out a fresh piece, not burnt.
A knock against the chain and not this restaurant is their loyalty points expire. TGI Fridays never expire, so Fridays gets my catering orders every other month.
