Food was nothing to rave about, but not much to complain about either.

Service, however, was lackluster at best. Serve was unable to answer questions about some menu items. Despite small number of people in the place, server was seldom around, and other staff were happily chatting with each other instead of helping customers. One tiny loaf of bread was provided for a table of five.

I know that dining options are pretty limited in Meadville, and this may be one of the better choices, but this is nothing special.

We drove down from Erie for dinner/beer with our 2 kids for an early dinner (4:00pm). The kids both had pizza which is decent sized... they could have easily split it (they are 3 and 5). I had a very enjoyable/fresh testing vegetable panini- loved the pesto and the freshness of the veggies. Hubby had a sirloin which was cooked perfectly (mid rare) and he really liked the fries. We also had a beer flight and definitely enjoyed the variety we tried. Our server was nice and everything was served in timely fashion.

I've been to Timbercreek several times and find it underwelming. The food is overpriced for the area and not all that great. The beer is fine, but it's basicly pale imitations of other popular Brews. If you know your beers you'll recognize who they're copying by the dsicription. I'd suggest appitizers in the tap room while samping the beer and have dinner at another establishment.

The tap room is nice, but small. You can look down and see the brewery. The diningroom is a huge "cavern" that's very loud and uninviting. I know it's designed to look like a mountain lodge with beams and such, but it feels more like a tran station. Very hard to hold a conversation.

This is a great place for lunch. I love the chicken cranberry croissant. Also, the bruschetta pizza and Philly steak pizzas are delicious. We have never had a bad meal here.

First we waited in the Brew House 45 min for a table for 2 in the restaurant. Ordered 2 filet dinners, 1 Rare to Medium Rare, the other Medium Well, Both could have been used as hockey pucks and the Blue Cheese was so over-powering that there was no hint of seasoning. Pretzels were good but the cheese sauce had the consistency of thin soup. Salads were thrown together with little eye appeal. Grizzly beer was average. Not our finest dining experience by a long shot. Go across the street and enjoy Montana Steak House. The food there is atleast worth the wait, And the money. Final Bill was $73, and I would have been hard pressed to be happy paying $37 for that "Meal".
