Received gift certificates to this restaurant and took my mom there for a treat. The restaurant opened 30 minutes late and only let us in after we called to tell them that we had been standing outside for half an hour. When we were let in, the restaurant was dark, musty-smelling, and the tables were still not ready for customers-- we also both almost tripped over a lump in the carpet. We tried to order off of an early-bird menu but were told that not only could we not use gift certificates for that particular menu, we had to order two dinner entrees and were only allowed to use one gift certificate at a time. There is absolutely NO mention of any of this on either gift certificate. We then realized why we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. We left and will be passing the gift certificates on to someone who is willing to deal with their excessive rules.
