“Home cooking”

The Marysville Diner is a family friendly restaurant that offers plenty of good food at very reasonable prices. It is conveniently located along the main Rt 11/15 north roadway in Marysville. The recently revised menu provides many of the 'regular' stay-puts and every evening there are specials of the day. I particularly like the beef liver with fried onions, brown gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetable of the day (broccoli last night), salad with home-made bleu cheese dressing and rolls. The portions of this dish are large and priced at only $9.99 so you will get your fill. Breakfast menus are available all day long and are also well prepared. The broccoli this time around was luke warm but not over-cooked. Service was fine and the atmosphere is that of a normal family style establishment.

“Good meal at a reasonable price”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

This place's menu provides a wide variety of dishes to select From. They have a great deal for Monday evenings which we were fortunate to utilize as we arrived there on a Monday evening by chance. The service is good and the dishes are well prepared and of a big size as well.

“Early Bird Menu rocks”

From 3p-5p you get an entrée with a salad or cup of soup, plus a side and a small dessert for $6.25! I chose the Virginia ham steak, ham and bean soup, applesauce and a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream with whipped cream. Plenty of food at a great price. Vern had the special BBQ Rib basket with fries for $7.99. Our meal with drinks, before tip, was $19.00. Prompt seating, good service and food. The pineapples with glaze on the ham was very good. We were glad we drove across the river for a really good meal experience.

“good food and good service”

Greeted by a very pleasant and active lady with good sense of humor. Seemed to really enjoy her duties. Server pleasant as well. Food was good and even the senior portions were generous. Plenty of choices including all day breakfast.

“Favorite Diner along Rt 11/15”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

Our family meets up here for breakfast and/or lunch a couple times a year. Always had great service, plenty of good food. Love the homemade soups. We've even ordered bowls to go. The Italian Wedding Soup is AWESOME!! Love all that's on the menu, (except Macaroni Salad not PA Dutch style). Very nice little elderly lady that hostesses.
