We choose to stay here because it was recommended by railfans we met during a trip to Folkston, GA to watch trains. When I read the Trip Advisor reviews, I was sold. The rooms are clean, comfortable and in the PERFECT spot for watching trains. Keith is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about train-related and other activities in the area. His staff will start off your day right with a filling and ample breakfast. The location satisfied our five-year-old son's desire to watch trains yet wasn't too far for our excursions to the Amish country and Hawk Mountain. If you want a spot to watch trains or just relax off the beaten path, this is the place to stay. We will be back.

Room Tip: The Allegheny room is a corner room so you can step out your door and see trains coming across the r...

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times since I wrote my last review. The place keeps getting better. Keith and his crew keep the rooms (as well as everything else) immaculate! We stayed this past weekend and were treated to 2 outstanding breakfasts on both Saturday and Sunday. Plenty of trains for the most avid railfan and even some bald eagle activity in the hills behind the B&B. Good breakfasts, excellent train watching and a bunch of friendly people made for another outstanding weekend.

Room Tip: Every room is comfortable

This is where you stay if you love trains; period. The owner lives upstairs, and welcomes you into his perfectly located train watching home. The rooms are nice, and do not have TV's or phones. There is internet. If you don't feel like sitting on the deck or swinging under it, there is an indoor observation room with binoculars and a live train schematic. Kitchen privileges match the awesome BBQ's. They cooked breakfast for everyone. Nobody looks at you weird if you get up and have a beer & watch trains at 3:30am... you're not alone

Room Tip: The rooms are beautiful, but aren't why you stay here

This B&B is a Rail Fan's PARADISE!
The view of the Rockville Railroad Bridge and the Susquehanna River IS AMAZINGINGLY FANTASTIC!!!
Trains are going over it and around back ALL DAY AND NIGHT!!!
You really are quite close to the bridge and can see very clearly all the trains.
Maybe even a "Heritage Train", we saw one!
Keith, the owner loves trains as much as his guests and is very knowledeable.
If you have questions, just ask him.
Barb, the housekeeper is also a great cook!
The rooms are small but very clean and well kept.
The "Viewing Room" is also really, really nice, huge windows and lots of chairs for the Ladies and the men when it rains or gets too cold to be outside.
Keith even has tables and binoculars in the Viewing Room to see the trains a bit better.
For Rail Fans, you never have to leave this B&B, just for meals, but even then you can order in from a Pizzeria.
There is a huge deck off the back of the B&B, with tables and chairs.
if it rains or is to hot, you can view the bridge and the trains from underneath the deck, it is all set up just like up top.
There is WiFi in the B&B, there are no TV's or phones in the rooms.
The cell phone service was super!
This was our first time to this B&B and not our last, in fact, we will be going again at the end of the month for an overnight, CAN'T WAIT!!!
I reccomend the Bridgeview B&B VERY HIGHLY!!!
You will not be dissapointed!!!

Room Tip: We stayed in the "Lehigh Room". It was small but nice. The room has two twin beds, a desk...

We made our 5th visit for spring break in March 2013. Instead of our normal two-night stay we decided to stay for 4 nights. We had a great time as always. So very relaxing and it was sad when the day came to go home. Even if the weather was not very springy we still enjoyed ourselves. Keith is the greatest, friendliest owner we have ever met. It is really like going and staying with a family member. We are already looking forward to another visit in 2013.

I had my doubts about going somewhere just to watch trains - which is my husbands greatest delight - however, I decided to make reservations for Valentine's Day to surprise him. My doubts ended the minute we arrived. The guests who were already there were very friendly and into trains. I knew a little when we arrived but I sure got an education by the time we left. Keith, our host at the B & B kept us informed on what to do and where to go, complete with printed directions. Our rooms faced the bridge so we could see the trains either from our room, which was spotless, or from the "viewing" room which is complete with comfortable chairs and a grid of where various trains were positioned in the area. Needless to say, we have reservations for two different times in May and I'm sure there will be many more.

Room Tip: I wanted to make sure we could see the trains from our room so I chose an outside room with windows...
