Copper Beech Manor Bed and Breakfast
Ranked #2 of 3 Lewisburg B&B and Inns
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed September 16, 2013

This is a impeccable, charming B &B with great attention to detail. The breakfast was delightfully prepared with a new treat each morning. The fresh baked cookies in the lobby each night were a nice touch. The room was immaculate and adequate ,although a larger bed and mirror in the room would have enhanced the experience . Still, I would give this the highest rating and am planning to return.

Room Tip: Book early to reserve the larger room with king size bed(which we viewed but did not get).

As soon as you approach the front door you know this is a great place to stay. The B&B is very well taken care of, in fact the owners rebuilt the manor into the beautiful B&B it is today. They are wonderful hosts who make you feel like their special guest. The rooms and the bed are very nice. Before bed we sat and read in the library room on the first floor, very pleasant. The garden patio and the landscaping are beautiful, you can see the great care they have taken.
There was a place for us to store our bikes, after we rode the Buffalo Valley Trail. Our stay was a wonderful experience of hospitality and old world charm.

I really enjoyed staying at this lovely, tastefully renovated inn. Great location in town with a beautiful courtyard. The best part was the yummy pancakes with fruit and lemon curd for breakfast. Will try to stay here anytime I come to campus !!

Lewisburg is an absolutely splendid town, Market Street is lovely, and Copper Beech Manor is THE place to stay. We were in the Alfred Hays room overnight on the 31st of July, 2013. The Manor is splendid, the accomodations are very comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was attractively presented and very tasty.
We were fortunate to be there on a Wednesday night when a jazz combo played in the park a few blocks away on Market Street.

We had an early check in at the dorm for Bucknell. Our hosts fed us bright and early and were lovely about accommodating us.

When we arrived there was a lovely wedding ceremony in their charming garden .... Lovely

We had a wonderful overnight at the Copper Beech Manor. The 1857 room was neat and clean and, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple and tasty with homemade scones, eggs and fresh fruit. It was a perfect place for a get-away!

Room Tip: The room was quiet with a view of the garden. There was no noise from other occupied rooms and the...

We stayed in the Alfred Hayes Room. It was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure, which is usually a concern in older buildings. Breakfast was outstanding. Hosts were very nice and personable.

Room Tip: Alfred Hayes room are not on main street so it was quieter than our friends room that faced the main...
