Grounds and first impressions were pleasing. Staff seemed condescending and judgmental based on appearances of guests. Room was large and beautiful but dark even though there were numerous lights. Also, walls were thin and could hear conversations in adjoining rooms, even with t.v. on. Bathroom was so dark it was hard to apply makeup even with all lights on. Would have been nice to have a tub, but the large rain shower (which may be the rage at the moment) was sufficient. Breakfast was served on pretty dishes but the substance of it was disappointing. Have had better breakfast at other establishments. Had pre-ordered fruit and cheese as well as antipasta on different nights. The fruit and cheese was delivered shortly after check in. However, the antipasta was never delivered. Thinking i had scheduled the antipasta for possibly the next day we adopted a wait and see attitude. Still no delivery!

Thank you for writing about your experience during your recent visit to The Inn at Leola Village my staff works very diligently to accommodate and fulfill all guest wishes to the best of their ability when concerns are brought to their attention.

The room that you reserved is in our Lancaster House and offers a beautiful and traditional Tuscan theme, with the rainfall shower and cozy furnishings. However, if you were dissatisfied with the accommodation you reserved we would have found an alternative room, more to your liking. Maybe in one of our spacious parlor suites or perhaps indulge in one of our signature whirlpool suites or the wine cellar suite!

Our complimentary European Inspired Continental Breakfast offers a large selection to choose (including seasonal fruit parfaits, delicious sticky buns, and a array of chef selected stratas - our french toast is a hit every time!). We would have made special arrangements for you if we would had knowledge of any specific item you would have wanted. Sorry we did not meet your expectations.

I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful grounds, organic gardens, & the overall historic nature of our 4 Diamond Hotel. We hope to see you in the future

We spent 3 nights here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The room was beautiful, the surroundings serene. We will be back again! The only complaint was that the walls were thin. The whirlpool with the rain shower head was heavenly! We loved the view laying in bed, looking at the timberframed roof

Room Tip: the poolside suites are very nice and quiet. This time we were in the Amos King Barn

My daughter was looking for a country inn to have her wedding. The entire staff was polite and helpful the entire weekend. The rooms were amazing. The food was incredible. The grounds and buildings beautiful. Everything we needed for a wedding was right there from flowers, cake, spa, and food! Thank you Kaci for seeing that my daughter had a stress free weekend!

We booked this Inn as part of a package for Sight and Sound (Story of Noah ) and were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was. The service from when we first arrrived until we left 3 days later was wonderful. The reception and lobby is just like going into someones country home living room, the open fireplace is lovely. We felt it was a place we would return to and have in fact booked again for December 2013. The rerstaurants were lovely and the food excellent.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and had a charm that made it feel so comfortable.

Room Tip: no comment

This was our second stay at Leola Village, and our first in the poolside suites. Wow! The rooms are amazing. I also had a massage at the spa while here and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. We recommend this place to friends and family that are looking for a couples getaway. I would not recommend bringing kids. It is pricey but well worth it. We will be back for sure.

Room Tip: The poolside suite was wonderful.
