This Farmer's Market has it all - quality, selection, cleanliness and variety! Having grown up at Cleveland's West Side Market, this market is much smaller but has many of the same characteristics. It is worth a weekly visit or one time visit if you are from out of town.

If I lived in this area, this would be a token stop each week! There are homemade pizza, pretzels, decorated donuts, and candies, to pastries, breads, pies, cookies, to a variety of meats and cheeses, to several farm stands with fresh berries, whole fruits and vegetables...the list goes on...they even have a Lebanese outlet with fresh, hot food items. Friends and I picked up a smoothie, which was very tasty. There are some shops on the upper level to pop into. It's a very busy place and only open 3 days per week. Tuesday and Saturday are two of the days, but I don't recall the other day. And the close time varies on each of the days, so be sure you know that in advance and give yourself a few hours to roam about. Lots to see when you begin to explore it.

I visit this market almost every Saturday morning and love it! It is close to my house and opens early (it is much less crowded the earlier you get here). There are several veggie vendors here as well as fresh meat, cheese, fish, healthy soups, prepared meals, and homemade baked items,...If you go upstairs there are quaint shops to browse through as well as one of my favorite jewelry stores (Higashi Jewelery)! There is quite a few places to get a bite to eat and Alegro Winery even has a stand and you can have a free wine sampling session! This market is not huge, but the prices are fair and there is always ample parking. Enjoy!

Tucked away in a nondescript building off Market Street, lots of regional vendors hawk their wares. Vegetables. Fruits. Baked goods. Meats. Poultry. Butchers. Bakers. And several offering lunch. Yum. If only it was open more days a week.

The variety of food, flowers, and unique items will afford a funt time perusing the stands and enticing purchases. Wonderful Saturday morning outing!
