When we arrived and were assigned our room, the cleaning lady was in the middle of getting it ready for us so we had to wait about 10 minutes to get in. That can be tough with a 4 and 1 year old who have driven 4 hours, but the manager was very apologetic and allowed us to choose some snacks and drinks while we waited. We ended up getting a follow up phone call as well which was a nice gesture to show they really value customer satisfaction.

We had the breakfast there which was good overall, with wait staff keeping food stocked and helping to clear plates. They can run out of some food if you get there later, but with little ones, we never had that problem.

There is a pool and a hot tub which we didn't use, since we were out and about most days but the families using it seemed to be enjoying themselves. There is also a basketball court, self-service laundry, and an exercise room.

The shuttle to and from Sesame Place was great. They have an early shuttle if you plan on doing the early character breakfast. The shuttle was later than the 8:55 scheduled time, but the park is literally a 3 minute ride, and there was still a line when we arrived at 9:15 to get into the breakfast. Return shuttles are prompt, but if you are leaving near when the park closes you may want to get there a little extra early since they service both the Courtyard and Residence Inn, and some people had to wait when we left for his next trip. The shuttle driver is a great guy, places Sesame Street music as you arrive--ask him about the rubber duck collection! :)

All in all we had a great experience. Solid 4-star hotel; a great family place to stay!

great family hotel with accent on children. Room was ready when we arrived, even though we got there early. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. We were lucky enough to be at the hotel when they offered a bbq another evening there was snacks available. Heated pool was available during early and late hours. Front desk employees were awesome, and so nice and professional. Exercise room was open 24/7. Even had a pool table and internet service. Our last visit we did our laundry before we went home. Every one so nice, hotel was clean and homey. thanks to all the employees at the hotel. looking forward to our next visit.

We wanted to explore philadelphia, king of prussia, hotel is clean, new, generally great. the only issues i had were the laundromat, too few machines for such a large hotek, and 2 were out of order. so laundry took me over 3hrs!!! and it's a bit far to philly. it's great for those going to sesame amusement park.
