Across the street from Sesame Place is all you need to know.

If you are going to Sesame Place then stay here. If you don't have kids and are not going to Sesame Place, I would not recommend it.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The breakfast crew work really hard to keep everything stocked.

The indoor pool is small, but warm.

Many dining & shopping options in the area.

I know why they have switched to valet only parking and the valet staff is excellent, but it is still a pain.

For Sesame Place it is the place to stay.

Room Tip: Elevators get busy, request a room on the main floor or near the stairs.

We stayed here for one night , on a visit to Sesame place and I can honestly say that this hotel was well worth it! Perfect location literally 2-3 minute walk to Sesame even with a 4 and 5 year old in tow.

I don't have anything negative to say about this stay with Spring Hill, the room was clean , looked very new and was nice and cool. The pool was a bit small but it was fine for 2 little girls with floats on and 2 adults... there happen to be another family in the pool as well and we all had plenty of space to splash around.... and last but definitely not least the complementary breakfast was wonderful.... there were plenty of options even tho we arrived a bit late (8:30 am) we all had a great selection; eggs, Canadian bacon , fresh made waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee . All of the staff were also wonderful, everyone was pleasant.

I will be returning to this hotel sometime in the future, as like i said it is right across the street from Sesame and we do not drive so there is no way to measure the convenience of being able to walk right across the street to your home away from home.

The location of this hotel to Sesame is PERFECT, great to be able to come and go from park all day. We arrived very early, so assumed room would not be ready since they were sold out night before. The only problem was left our name at desk for a call when room was ready (only one name ahead of ours) and 3 hours later still no call. Called hotel and a room was ready, thanks for the call!

Once we were in everything was fine, room spacious and clean.

The lobby only has a single ladies room and mens room, very congested with all of the children that need to use the bathroom!

All in all a good stay and would do it again.

Recently stayed one night on a two day trip to Sesame Place. Very clean, updated room, great staff! It is across the street from Sesame and totally worth staying here! Only negative was our room only had a shower and no bathtub, but we made it work. For a family friendly hotel a tub would have been preferred. The staff was friendly. We were allowed to check in early. When we asked about take out for dinner we were given a bunch if menus to good chain restaurants nearby. When we called for an extra blanket and towels, they arrived in less than five minutes. Breakfast was crowded and hopping like the reviews say, but it was perfect before a day at the park. They even had someone walking around making balloon Sesame character hats for the kids. Definitely recommend a stay if you are visiting to go to the park.

This is a wonderful, almost brand new hotel that seems to cater almost exclusively to Sesame Place visitors, which is walking distance to the park. It is really stylish with beautiful, modern furnishings throughout, comfortable couches and beds in the suites. It seems almost like an upscale Residence Inn. The beds were really comfy. There was quite a bit of hallway noise in the evening from all the bigger kids stomping and being rambunctious coming back from the pool, but that is to be expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful without exception.

They have a play room off the lobby for little ones, which was great for us since they were not able to give us an early check in. The breakfast was really good, standard Marriott fare, those great little Canadian bacon circles on our morning there along with waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal, fruit, and scrambled eggs. The difference with RIs is that they seem to have four hot dishes and the SH suites seem to have two. Both SH and RIs have dreadful coffee wherever you go in the world. The breakfast area staff did a really good job of keeping the area stocked which was no easy feat with the zoo-like crowds in the hotel, everyone with excited toddlers in tow. They even had a balloon artist strolling around the breakfast area making Sesame character balloons, a really thoughtful touch that exemplified to me their attention to detail and care for the guests.

From the reviews it should be clear that you should not come here if you don't like kids, but I will just be explicit to make sure the unsuspecting are suspecting.

We thought Sesame Place was terrible (see my review) but this was a wonderful hotel. If you chose to go to Sesame Place I would definitely recommend a stay here

Room Tip: The hotel seems well situated to avoid road noise. Rooms ending in -07 overlook woods. We were righ...

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this property for our first visit to Sesame Place. We were very much pleased and excited that the property has an included valet parking service. Valet Service team members Dave, Eric, and Steve (??) were very attentive friendly and greeted us kindly when we arrived.
The front desk staff had our reservation and check in was simple and quick. We were pleased with our room and it slept comfortably our family of 4 with the use of the sofa bed. We have two toddlers and they loved the place.
The pool was warm comfortable and easy to use with plenty of towels.
Breakfast in the lobby was great. The breakfast staff was very courteous and attentive. There can be a rush of parents trying to get their kids fed but for the most part all the guest cooperated for an efficient breakfast service. On Mondays there is a person making balloon characters for the kids. The hotel also has a friendly kid oriented play room with the Sesame place theme and they provide lolipops for the children (and adults) at the front desk.
The property is a short walking distance to the Sesame Place front gate. We were able to go to the park in the morning, return to the hotel for lunch/naps, and get back for more fun at the park in the late afternoon.
I would definitely recommend and use this property againg. Marriott should be really proud of this facility and the staff.
If I could suggest improvement it would be that more towels and toilettries in the the rooms (our room was devoid of lotion).

Room Tip: Basement floor rooms are right next to the pool if you plan on swimming a lot.

From the first person we met at valet, Dave, to the girls inside, to the wonderful woman who went above and beyond one morning when we overslept and made sure the kids got cereal, our experience was perfect. The accommodations were clean and comfortable for multiple adults and children. The proximity to Sesame place makes it so easy to just walk over. Made for a perfect Sesame Place vacation. The best hotel experience ever, and that is taking into account many stays at Ritz-Carltons and Four Seasons.
