This is a good enough hotel, consistent enough with all the HIE's I stay at. But Verizon coverage here is real bad, and their internal wifi is v e r y s l o w.
The room is the more modern design often found now in HIE's that definitely cater to business travels with a good work surface with plenty of easy to access outlets for easy charging.More

Hotel is very under staffed. Constantly empty breakfast bar. Front desk under staffed at peak hours. Rooms being cleaned as late as 6:30 pm when you want to rest. Staff is overwhelmed so their attitude is bad. Hotel needs new management.

There was 4 of us sent here by our company because of the incoming snow storm. Greeted at the front desk buy a nice young lady. Check-in was fast and had us on our way to our rooms and a jiffy. The room was very spacious. Bathroom very large and well equipped with personal items. Everything was clean and in order. One of the best hotels I have an opportunity to stay in for a couple of years. Definitely a thumbs up to this hotel. If you're in the area it's worth giving it a shot.

We were looking for something close to relatives in area. We wanted clean, comfortable, and inexpensive. This motel met all requirements. Much better than Red Roof Inn next door that we had tried previously.

In the past I have stayed at this location only because of its convenience to where my appointments were. It was just OK and from my perspective as a Spire this location did not meet the standard. BUT my last two visits have been just fantastic. Each visit I was greeted by one of the most pleasant front desk clerks. Megan is just sweet and pleasant. I found out on my last trip that new management was in place and they have definitely raised the standards. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The location was definitely cleaner and had a freshness to the location and the room was wonderful. I love when I come to a room and it is lit and warm. I know Megan is fantastic but it's obvious the new management hires folks that understand meeting it's guest needs. On my departure another guest asked the front desk clerk if the hotel had a snow scraper as their was heavy snow that morning. She said no but asked the quest to wait a few minutes and she went out to her car to get her scraper for the quest. Great job! I look forward to my next stay..To the new management great job. Thank you. Five stars are definitely earned.

This Holiday Inn Express is located in a very convenient area situated in a fantastic shopping area with easy access to rt 95.We were greeted with a friendly smile and felt at home from the start.The manager, Aneesh, came out to greet us as well and offered his assistance with anything that we may need. The room was reasonably priced and exceptionally clean. The evening was quiet the entire night through which made for a great nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was kept very clean by a very attentive service lady. I would highly recomend staying here if you are ever in the area
