Not bad. Like an old hotel converted into a Holiday Inn Express or something. Room is modern, but funny smell. Front desk help was nice. Seems clean. Funny thing is, they claimed to be booked till we said we were reward members...then 3 rooms appeared. Upon getting here, lot was empty. More

I was pleased with this hotel visit. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. I wish the beds were more comfortable but overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical of a continental breakfast. I would recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights on our trip to sesame place. It's an average hotel. Breakfast is ok. They offer complimentary shuttle to sesame place which is about 5 min away. Housecleaning at our room the second day wasn't good. Our towels didn't get replaced with clean towels. We didn't get cups replaced as well. Had to call front desk so they could bring us clean towels and shampoo as well. There was only one miniature shampoo not enough to even wash a child's hair. How they expect to have four guests and only one little tiny thing to wash the hair. The morning we left to get breakfast and head to the park, we are leaving the room and waiting for the elevator just to hear the housekeepers chatting among themselves about something private. Not good! Overall the hotel is good but housekeeping should get better training on how to work properly and have conversation on their lunch break.

Our family stayed due to the shuttle & conscience of the location. Had no problem with my stay. Future guests need to understand that during open season of Sesame Place, hotel will have lots of families and kids... so there will be noise. Breakfast lady on Saturday morning was very sweet and chatted with us for a bit. The gentleman at the desk Saturday morning helped us with the shuttle. Thank you for a great stay

The hotel lobby has a dirty/gritty feel; there's a musty odor on the first floor. I was given room 108; when I checked into the room I found greasy palm prints and finger prints all over the headboard of the single king sized bed. When I went to the desk to ask for someone to clean the room properly I was told there were no housekeepers available and I was given a different room (on the 2nd floor). The elevator was disgusting (dirty) and the second room was no better than the first. There was a dirty 'feel' to everything in the room. The shower/tub was chipped and the grab bar in the tub was rusty. I paid $192 per night (including taxes) and expected a LOT more for the money. The complimentary breakfast was of the standard variety, there was nothing special about the food or the presentation. The bases of all of the tables in the breakfast area were very dirty which made me wonder how clean the food prep area was. I stayed for 2 nights and skipped breakfast entirely on my last day (the place was so grungy). The hotel is located close to Sesame Place and caters to families with young kids. The kids were all adorable and all of the families were attentive and kind. There are many hotels in the area. .. look elsewhere before spending top dollar on this dump. Shame on Holiday Inn.

Perfect for our trip to Sesame.. Spot on with the courtesy shuttle.. Good breakfast and accommodating staff! Close to any shop you would need. No problems with anything, we would stay again if we come to the area.
