The exterior of the restaurant is a little dated and needs a little help. But the food is always good, and the service was prompt. They have good specials too. I got the chow ho fun. Not many places have this. Very good. I always try to stop in for lunch when I am in Lancaster Pa.

The food was excellent and tasted authentic, not watered down like the food you are served at the many, many, Chinese buffet restaurants that seem to have taken over Central Pennsylvania.

I was charged a mandatory tip of 15% for a party of 2 and they added the take out food I ordered.
When I asked them about it they said their starting to add the gratuity charge cause it's easier.
Don't know what they mention by that. But is it legal to add a 15% gratuity to a take out order?

The lunch menu has offerings that start at six dollars. There is no buffet here. Fried rice is my favorite Chinese dish. It is made to order and the flavor reminds me the food I had in the orient. Egg drop soup was fresh and it was definitely not from a mix or a can. Many chain restaurants are more expensive offerings. But they cannot compare the freshness and quality of Tony Wangs. It is a hole in the wall place so do not expect anything fancy.

Looking for fancy places with fancy prices? This is not for you. Rather, this pace reminds me of going to Chinese restaurants with my family, Good food with good prices, and nothing haughty about it. Their parking is a little tight, and if you blink, you'll drive right past it. Don't let their threadbare carpet and worn furniture fool you, though. This place serves really good Chinese food, and the staff is extremely attentive. Rather than stand in line at the chain restaurants in the area, my wife and I come here for good food and reasonable prices. It's a great place to stop at prior to the show at American Music Theatre.
