While this is admittedly a small museum, the films and the lifesize model of the tabernacle make it well worth the admission fee. The tabernacle tour takes about 40 minutes with a well versed guide explaining in detail how it came to be, how it was assembled, transported and used. I've read the passages multiple times but until you see it erected and stand in its midst you really can't comprehend the size and scope. The museum bookshop has many wonderful offerings, the museum is well planned and labled.
