This restaurant is the only place to eat on the Double Tree property. The food was good and the cheddar and ale soup was excellent.
What really makes this restaurant stand out was the staff. I came here with my family (three young children) when I was in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and polite and the wait staff interacted with my kids and kept them entertained and excited while waiting for our food to come out.
During my stay, I ate one breakfast and two lunches there. The breakfast buffet was standard DoubleTree. The lunches were served quick and used fresh ingredients. My kids were really not excited about anything on the menu and the staff was able to prepare them something not on the menu (mac and cheese with a roll on the side!). The staff even went and got the kids some of the free welcome cookies that you get when you check into a DoubleTree. Excellent staff.
