The food is all right for an occasional visit. The pasta, unfortunately, is almost always over-cooked. The salad is very tasty thanks to the dressing which is VERY salty and HEAVY on the saturated fats. The sauces are also not healthful foods when considering sodium and fat allowances. It's OK to eat here once every 3 or 6 months, but more frequent Olive Garden dining is detrimental to your overall health. The staff is always very pleasant!
