We only stayed one night, but everything was on a positive note. No problems with internet access, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We checked out the pool & exercise room, but did not use them.
The people at the front desk were very polite & professional and printed some traveling directions for us.
Recycle containers were located near the front entrance for bottles, cans & newspapers.
Even though I am a smoker, I liked the smoking area location....far away from the entrance to show consideration for non-smokers.
The continental breakfast was set up perfectly with many choices, including fresh fruit. Trash containers were located at several convenient spots. I hate to hunt for their location.

We stayed there for two nights in July while visiting Dutch Wonderland with our two small children. Very friendly reservations, convenient location and check-in was quick and simple. Our room was very comfortable and well laid-out, although the bathroom door was oddly placed and sort of in the way, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, free and something different every day, including waffles on request. God selection of coffee and fruit, yogurt, etc. Very well done and very friendly and polite staff.

Stayed here for a weekend in May to visit family that lives in Lancaster. My cousin (who lives in Lancaster) actually works at the new hotel so he was able to get us the $50 (or so) a night friends/family rate.

Hotel is new and only opened in late April/ early May '09. Excellent location on Route 30, the Lincoln Highway, near all the attractions and right next door to Lancaster County's scenic farm country. Hotel is up on a hill, right next door to Target, making it convenient for traveling families. Not even a mile East on Route 30 is the Rockvale Outlets and a couple miles West is Tanger Outlets. Lancaster has every restaurant imaginable as well. A half-hour drive (down Route 283, a high-speed highway) will take you to Hershey and all of it's attractions.

Because the hotel is new you can expect pristine cleanliness. Staff is great and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Regular rates are not bad at all for the location and state of the hotel..maybe $110 a night for peak summer weekends. The lobby is really large and nice and the breakfast area is great as well. No complaints at all, except that our stay here wasn't longer :(

Stayed here for three nights in June for a visit to PA Dutch country. It's a brand new hotel with a few "growing pains," but the biggest issue is FINDING the place. There's no sign, it's hidden behind a Mattress Warehouse and a Target, so we passed right past it the first time.

Once we did find the place check in was a breeze, but we got to our room to find the door mysteriously opening and closing.....turned out a maintenance worker was working on the auto-closer, and we had to wait until he was done.

Room was well appointed, everything is brand new, but it had some odd angles and I could see some people finding it a bit crowded. The high desk configuration is very odd, the chair wouldn't go any higher and it was a bit difficult to work on the laptop at that desk. Wireless internet was much appreciated as always.

Our first night we had some VERY noisy neighbors, loud children, but after that it was quite quiet, and our room was right off the lobby.

Breakfast was something different every day, and they had the usual waffle maker, but also a good selection of fruit, yogurt, etc. Very well done. Tiny breakfast area, we ended up bringing the food back to our room.

After a day of touring the area, we got back to our room after 3:00 intending to take a nap and found the room still hadn't been made up, even though we'd been out since 8:00 a.m. That was very disappointing, so we headed out again to shop, etc. and came back a couple of hours later and all was well, but we were disappointed it took so long.

Staff seemed friendly and polite, but again, it's a new place and they're finding their way

Location is very convenient, but again, very hard hotel to find. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Our 4 night stay at this hotel was a very comfortable one. This hotel is only 4 months old, so obviously everything is in excellent condition. However, the housekeepers do a wonderful job of keeping everything immaculate. Everyone on their staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Also, their complimentary Continental breakfast was very good and included a different hot item every morning. Whatsmore, they will even make you fresh Belgian waffles upon request. The hotel was also conveniently located to all of the main attractions in the Lancaster area. We would definitely return to this hotel again when we are in the area.
