We went on a Monday and a Friday in mid-January. It was not crowded at all on Monday and Friday wasn't bad either. This is a nice park for various ages. They have a toddler area for the little ones, a climbing area with smaller water slide for small children, wave pool, basketball hoops for all ages. Three large waterslides - 48 inch children can ride on their own 42+ can ride with an adult. Very fun waterslides, by the way, for adults and children alike. Just do not sit facing backward going down the yellow slide if you have motion sickness at all! Surfing simulator available for the brave! The very best part of this water park is that the water is warm enough where you do not get cold getting in. The air temp is also nice and warm so kids aren't shivering when they get out. Free WiFi was a nice benefit as well. Changing rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely go here again, especially during the week.

We attended over MLK weekend with 2 adults and 3-year-old twins. We were debating whether or not to go because it seemed a bit expensive, but it turned out to be well worth the price... Everybody had a great time. There is a wide range of attractions to entertain for hours. Our kids' favorites were the wave pool and the various fountains. They were too small for the bigger water slides, but there was still plenty for them to do.

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Overall a great visit, and we will definitely return.

Well run, organized, clean, and safe-enjoyed playing at the waterpark for hours. The wavepool was also fun and the tube rides were great!

IF you have someone disabled in your group, then this place is a mixed bag. If there is a ramp for wheelchair access, it isn't immediately apparent and some of the areas seemed only accessible by stairs (in some cases lots of stairs). We did see several children with developmental disabilities there.

We found the water park comfortable. You must bring your own towels (even if you are staying in the adjacent hotel). There is food for sale at relatively reasonable prices (salads $6). There are plenty of chairs and some tables. There are many chaise lounge chairs. There are three large slides, two small slides, two hot tubs (no children allowed), a play area with a basketball hoop, wave pool, water squirting area, a section for small children, and a surfing area. There are lockers ($6 for small and $8 for large--credit card or exact change). There is one small family changing area and then a men's and women's changing area with showers and rest rooms. We paid $96 for our three tickets because we purchased them along with our hotel night stay.

This indoor water park is not the best we have been too. However, it is spacious and has enough to keep you happy for a few hours. They have a wave pool, 2 or 3 tube slides, 2 adults only hot tubs, a basketball pool with multiple hoops, and a few other water attractions. It wasn't has warm in the park as we expected. Needed to be about 5 to 10 degrees warmer. Both hot tubs had issues. One had the jets going but the tub wasn't hot at all and the other was hot but the jets were not working. While I say this I would probably go again only because the resort itself seemed very nice and I would more likely visit resort, so would take advantage of the waterpark. If not for the resort, I don't think I'd be interested in going to just the waterpark again. All in all it was a pleasant time, with the snow falling outside while we were in bathing suits inside. Life is good! Btw, the cost was $23 for each of us (6), but due to the snow they closed 2 hours early (6:00 pm).

Thanks for the review Carolyn J! Did you by chance shoot some photos of the family in swim suits with snow falling in the back ground? Always a good shot!

I’m sorry the park was not as warm as you would have liked; we keep the water at 82 degrees and the air at 84 degrees. We also keep one hot tub at 95 degrees and the other at 100 degrees to suit different tastes.

Rest assured we only operate the park with optimum safety staff for our valued guests. We really regretted having to close early as several of our lifeguards were not able to make it in due to the blizzard conditions.

I’m glad you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to seeing you again!
