Description: Caleb's American Kitchen is a BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner, former executive chef and general manager of New Hope's Marsha Brown.Caleb's American Kitchen menus are inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ. Offering the finest in New American Cooking, patrons visit us several times a week enjoying poached eggs and fresh salsa over a bed of sautéed spinach, a grilled salmon club with bacon on a buttery brioche bun or the luscious seared scallops with shrimp and lobster risotto. Whatever your taste buds are craving, we have something at every meal to satisfy your palate. Adjacent to Peddler’s Village in Bucks County, PA, this bistro styled eatery is located where Routes 202 and 263 meet.

We came to this new restaurant during Lahaska's restaurant week. It was crowded, as they featured a $29.99 four course meal - and it's a BYOB! The service was attentive, which we were pleased about as it was crowded. The appetizer sampler featured a crab soup (okay, not much crab), a raw tuna slaw (fabulous!!), and a mini grilled cheese (also very good). I had the house salad, while my husband had the kale caeser salad - we both enjoyed these, and he commented on how his salad tasted good - not bitter at all. I had jambalaya as my entree - lots of fish and a good bit of spices - while my husband had the glazed salmon. Both dishes were really tasty. The dessert was a chocolate creme brulee - it was wonderful. All the food was tasty, so we will stop in here again!

Went to Caleb's for the first time with three other couples. We had the late seating and the most wonderful server. The food was delicious! BYOB was a fun experience. The owner came out to greet us and welcome us to his restaurant. I would highly recommend this place everyone. We had one of the best dinning experiences in a long time. Bringing the kids this weekend for brunch.

The food, presentation and service were very good. The menu is limited, but varies with enough choices to satisfy most people. BYOB helps keep down the cost of dining out. Have dined there four times, and plan to continue. Don't understand the review stating "very limited parking". Probably didn't realize there is parking on two sides of the restaurant; more than enough to handle full capacity.

Not bad, but a very limited menue. Small resturant with nice atmosphere. The owner did stop by the table to see if everything was OK, very nice person and working hard to make a go of a new place. Very limited parking.

Loved this place when it opened. Ate there last night for Prix Fix restaurant week and the food was very average. The salmon entree was over sauced, over cooked and the qineoa was so salty it couldn't be eaten. The service was hurried, took my kale salad before I was even done, too bad because that part of the meal was really good. I've had that same salmon dish before and it was much better...Caleb was on the floor, who was cooking?? Need more consistency and more gracious service.
