“Melting Pot”
Reviewed July 8, 2014

Celebrated our 26th anniversary there last week. Bought the flower package and reserved a table. We got there 30 minutes early but they seated us right away. They gave us a special booth in the back corner with flowers and card already set up. We had never been there before and the server walked us through everything. The food was good and plenty of it. We were never rushed and told we could have more if anything or everything. I would recommend this restaurant for the experience and friendly staff. It was a bit pricey but well worth it.

“fondu is FUNDO”
Reviewed June 24, 2014

Who would have thought that a '70s fad, and cooking your own food would be so much fun..
Well, the people at the Melting Pot certainly did and thank goodness .
I am a novice here and so I found the menu and options a bit confusing but my son and daughter in law have experienced this establishment many times and were able to walk me through it.
You can choose what you want via ala cart or go with a predefined selection.
The first option is sort of an appetizer; choose your cheese and what vegatables and breads you wish to dunk.
Then the main course, what meats do you want to consume.
Beef, chicken, tuna, shrimp, salmon are just some of the options that are available, all cut into manageable sizes that fit nicely on the skewer.
Then, fruit and pound cake and other desert items dunked in your choice of chocolate.
Did I mention CHOCOLATE?
Strawberries dunked in chocolate; it is worth going here just to have desert.
Great times always center around good company and good conversation.
Some places make it easier to do so than others and this is one of those places where everything comes together for a very casual, fun filled adventure in good food.

Waitress never around. Overcharged us on the bill. The experience could have been great but Management was really bad.

“relax and enjoy”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

This place will force you to really relax and eat your food slowly while being able to have the most wonderful time with whoever you bring! The food is delicious! You cook at the table with your choice of food and have the most wonderful dipping sauces to choose from! The appetizer, main course, and dessert all included! I loved it!!!!

“Girls night”
Reviewed April 28, 2014

This is my second visit to this MP, but I've been to others in the chain. It's a great girls night with plenty of time between courses to chat and catch up. In my opinion, it's not a romantic/couple scene so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. BUT - it's a great spot for 4+ women who are out to enjoy good food and conversation. Our waiter was so much fun, and we thoroughly enjoyed our night. We needed reservations because it was "restuarant week", but were seated immediately with no wait. The bar is pretty small, maybe 10 seats at best and the drinks are a little pricey. All in all, this is a fun spot for a special night out with a group. Not great for kids or for couples.
