Standard, Italian fare. Lots of chicken, pasta and red sauce. The hook is huge portions with lots to take home and eat for lunch the next day. A bit pricey for the quality. But, it can be a fun place with a large group of friends.

Amazing food, but awful service! Also, even if you make reservations, you'll still end up waiting an hour, standing up in their cramped lobby surrounded by 50 other people. Get take-out.

Maggiano's is just OK. I've eaten there a few times and never really been impressed or understood the raves of so many people in the area.
30 minutes down the road in the heart of South Philadelphia you'll find superior Italian food, at a great price!!

A friend of mine used to dine at Maggiano's frequently when she lived in the area, and she raved to me about the food and how the portions were so big they bordered on "obscene". So, I was anticipating a great meal and taking home so much food I wouldn't have to cook for the rest of the week. NOT so. I ordered the seafood ravioli, which comes in half size and regular. I ordered the regular, but because I'm a small female, the server obviously assumed I wanted the half portion and brought me just that. It was very apparent it was the half size, because there were FIVE standard size ravioli on the plate with a little bit of sauce. (That's $3.19 per ravioli!) The ravioli tasted okay, but it would have been better if it hadn't been burnt on the top. I was still hungry after I finished, but thankfully they had given us bread w/ olive oil as a starter and there was some left over for me to chew on. I'm never going back!

The King of Prussia's Maggiano's has simply wonderful, tasty food. If you have ever been to a Maggiano's, then you will understand how hard it is to pass one and not stop to eat. Remember to come very hungry, because whether you get the family style dinner or order separately you will leave completely full. The portions are huge.
