We were seated at 7:15 Dinner showed up at 8:45 and was underdone. They comp'd all the food but the management never showed back. Try to avoid busy nights.

We sat at a bar table since we didn't have reservations...No problem. The bartender yelled to us and asked us if we were ok? Say what? So, we asked for a menu and waited for our drinks. We ordered the Portabella mushroom appetizer, wedge salads, Stuffed chicken and Braised short ribs. The salads were delish. (How can you go wrong with blue cheese and bacon)? The chicken was totally dried out. My bad for ordering chicken in a steak house....I'm sure the appetizer would've been the best part....but we never got it. She offered to bring it out after our dinner was served, but I was "over it". The service was very slow for a week night!! The best part of my dinner was the Pinot Noir. I didn't hate it...but will not be back. Sullivans is just a few minutes away!

Tony Clark is a amazing chef and what he has done to the menu here, no words can describe! The staff is fantastic and the wine list is diverse. Awesome restaurant!

Our meal at Pacific Prime rivaled any of the top steakhouses we've been to. Our filets were cooked to perfection. We had dinner at the bar which was nicely updated and had a great atmosphere. Our appetizer and drinks were great as well. The service was equally good since it seemed we had about 4 people waiting on us at once! We would definitely recommend this restaurant despite it being attached to such a bad hotel/casino.

Food was wonderful and the servers were excellent. Steak tartare enthusiasts will be slightly disappointed as the selection was drowned in sauce.
