Employees don't want to be there because they obviously get treated aweful. The customer service is horrific because the employee morale is so low. Why support a casino and its investors when it's such a lie.

It's the first casino where I've had pay to enter - the small, modern design casino is convenient and free parking is close and available, but the "membership" fee is barrier to a quick visit.

We were surprised at the size. The newer slot machines were nice but TIGHT. Didn't do so well. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Probably won't go back - you have to purchase a membership.

It's small, you have to walk thru the hotel to get to the club and the Irish pub..comps are horrible..the pit bosses are always yelling at the dealers too, comped drinks are watered down garbage..No $5 dollar blackjack tables either..and smoking ..place kinda sucks

While in the $1 slot machine area, I slide $100 bill in and push maximum spins. And what do you know?? In small print it says "$100 per credit". I'm pretty sure I wasn't the first to get sucked into that. The slots are extremely tight and if you enjoy playing slots, while may a little more inconvenient travel wise, Parx is much more generous (almost compassionaite in comparison) to the customer. Plesae don't be as lazy as me and gravitate towards the convenient venue.
