We had a wonderful meal at Sovana. We started with the cheese plate, and the server Jen gave us her recommendation of the cheese flight and it was great. For the main course my husband had the Grilled swordfish special and I had the PA trout almondine. Both were cooked perfectly. Lastly....and this is a good reason to save room...we had the apple bread pudding. It came with a side of cinnamon ice cream and it was scrumptious. I highly recommend Sovana.
