“Can;t Wait To Go Back”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2012

We went for brunch with some friends. I had been to a wedding there years ago, and I had had forgotten how beautiful the setting is. Our firends are not from this area, and they where really impressed with the interior and well as the surroundings outside. The food was great, such a selection of high end items and soooo good. Our wait staff was attentive and informative about certain foods. We did get there early, and it was filling up when we left. We will be returning, in the near future.

“Food awesome... Interior ok...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2012 via mobile

The food I cannot say enough about... Presentation was perfect, everything tasted wonderful. The actual dining room was nice. Love the fireplace and the coziness. However, the areas around the dining room (entry, walk to bathroom, etc) were through weird areas that have so much potential...

“Food was great. Interior has a lot of potential.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2012

Setting was beautiful.
Service was very slow, and they weren't busy.
Staff very nice.
When we were there it was a cool day, and it was very cold...so much so that several diners had to don their winter coats. They did have the fireplace going and it was fantastical, but warms only the closest table. Would have been nice if they would have been a bit more observant and take action.
Food was definitely gourmet, which didn't quite fit with the decor. Felt like the place had an identity crisis.

“Brunch was a trainwreck”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2012

Food was good..if you were able to get any. They had the omelet/meatcarving station set up so that the line for that blocked all of the other breakfast buffet food. Standing in line for 35 minutes for a piece of french toast? A few patrons including myself made the suggestion to the staff that the omelet/meatcarving station be moved so that it was not blocking the flow of the buffet and the staff looked at us like they had no idea what we were talking about. They could see the 30 minute line that circled the buffet. A 35 minute wait for bacon and french toast? That is when these things were even available because the the trays were consistently empty..and when the patrons would alert the staff..again they looked dumbfounded. It was so poorly organized..and so over booked. at one point chairs were taken from our table and people came by asking to borrow our silverware..I am not kidding. My daughter saw a member of the wait staff drop a coffee cup on the floor and then use it to set a table. On the way out the door around 1 o'clock..there were many empty tables however a long line of people outside the restaurant waiting to be seated. Food got an "A" ,service and organization an "F"
