If you enjoy a hotel that is infested with bed bugs and drug dealers, this is the place to stay.
Otherwise, this place is one step from being condemned. It is a ran down, bed bug infested dump. Not to mention crawling with drug dealers.

Is the guest sure they have the right hotel? The information in their review is not accurate. We are rated 3 diamonds by AAA, and have scored above 990 points on the last three of our inspections. Our hotel is very clean, and we do not have any problems with any type of bugs. We have very good reviews from most of our past guests.I gont know if the guest is disgrunteld about something else but this review is not true.

Thanks

I booked this hotel last minute and was happy to get the room. With a AAA discount, it was $98 a night and I stayed 2 nights. The hotel is recovering from flooding back in Sept., so no rooms were available on the first floor, which was fine. The rooms were comfortable, clean, average bed and I was satisfied. The only negative was a musty, almost smoky, motel room smell. It's a non-smoking hotel, but the smell definitely detracted from the experience. for me. Maybe it came from the flooding, but it's something that needs to be addressed for $98.00 a night. That's the only reason I'm giving it an average rating. Otherwise friendly staff and good free breakfast.

This motel was almost wiped out by the recent flood, but they are working hard to provide good service. The reason for this review is to acknowledge the warm welcome we received from the woman at the front desk who was very helpful and patient. The nearby game restaurant (!) was closed the day we were in the area. We were heading north on I 81; if you don't stop in Lebanon there is very little else until you get to Hazleton.

Good place to stay, a little bit pricey though. You can hear the highway if you are facing it but this is not too terrible. Beds would need a lot more springs as when you move the other person in the bed feels it a lot. Breakfast is ok. Overall a good experience but not something that is extraordinary.

I made my reservation here based on Trip Advisor reviews. In a nutshell, everything was fine, absolutely no problems or issues at all. We requested a room away from the highway, and that's exactly what we got. Even though the room was basically right next to the lobby, pool and a "mechanical room" - it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good, and fast and we were on our way. Stayed here 2 nights over a busy summer weekend and have no complaints at all.

Overall, the hotel is clean and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze. There were minor negatives with our suite. There was no door between the rooms of the suite, so I wish I had saved the extra money and just got a single room with 2 beds. There was a small microwave and fridge in the room, but the fridge had previous guests' food in it. I left the food outside our door and let the manager know, and it was picked up within 30 minutes. The pool was OK, but the water was very cloudy and pretty cold for an indoor "heated" pool. The way the furniture was arranged, opening the sofa-bed blocked the only path to the door. We moved stuff around to fix this. There was no fan in the bathroom. There was only one accessible outlet in the main bedroom.
On the positive side, the sheets and towels were clean. There was a TV in each room of the suite (would be more convenient if there were a door between them!). The bathroom was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer and 4-cup coffee maker, and a small utility sink outside the bathroom. The A/C worked well with an easy-to-use thermostat. There is a very small gym with some exercise bikes and treadmills. We didn't use it. Room was quiet, despite being over the lobby and next to the elevator.
Free Wi-Fi with several access points available! I am using it to write this review. Personally I think hotels should lose the phones from the rooms and include internet access as the staple that it is today.

We recently took a trip to Pittsburgh and stayed here a night on the way down and liked it so much we also stayed a night on the way home. The hotel was very clean and everything looked to be in a like new condition. The pool was small but well suited to our 5 year old. The continential breakfast was nice with fresh waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, donuts and danish. We were located in the front of the hotel and did not hear any traffic noise at all. We had a quiet, restful sleep. There is a Dairy Queen, Subway and Sbarro pizza right in front of the hotel and you get 10% off as a guest of the hotel which was a nice perk. There is a Wendy's across the street. Every room has a mini refrigerator and microwave. The rooms were very clean as were the sheets and towels. Beds were not the best I've sleep on but suitable. We used the Room Saver magazine and got a rate of $59.99 a night which was an amazing value! The hotel is only 10 min down the highway from Hershey, exit 80. We will definately stay here again!!!

Room Tip: Ice machines are on 1st and 3rd floors
