I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Johnstown. The bed was more comfortable then mine at home. The staff was extremely helpful and could answer all of my questions with ease. The only thing I had a problem with was actually finding the hotel. I was going South on route 219 and saw the hotel but did not know what exit to use. Thank goodness I had a AAA tour book with me and found the hotel with the directions to the correct exit.

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor and could not hear any noise outside of our room.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I had to check out due to bad weather conditions and they were still accommodating. I was surprised to see a small but sufficient gym on site since the website doesn't make mention of one. This would be helpful info for visitors interested in staying at your venue. Great experience overall. No on-site restaurant but there's lots in the surrounding area so this wasn't an issue.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My room had a whirlpool bath tub which was a nice surprise ending to a long day. Breakfast in the morning was great as usually expected with a Hampton stay. This is my favorite Hampton Inn in PA!

Enjoyed a week's stay. Very clean hotel- especially the breakfast area which is immaculately maintained by not one but two hostesses. Had all the standard amenities incl fridge and microwave in room. Nice having extra outlets in the microwave as room does lack enough places to plug in. One thing I really like about Hampton's that you find no where else is the laptop table for the bed. Outstanding! And this room has something I found in no other hotel in PA- an actual place to hang a garment bag while you unpack!! Everywhere else, I've had to hang it from a door frame. . Even better is that the hotel is now being updated through March. I hope to be back!

I only stay with the Hilton family of hotels, primarily, Hampton Inns. The staff here was extremely nice, and very helpful. We had some snow during my last visit. The staff made sure all of the walkways and parking area was spotless before all the guests started for their cars. Looking forward to coming back during the spring so I can see the beautiful country. You must visit the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, PA, which is very close to this hotel.

I have never been disappointed with my stay at any Hampton Inn and Suites. Friendly staff, clean and spacious facilities, comfortable rooms. As a business traveler this location lived-up to what I have come to expect from a stay at Hampton.
The Johnstown location is easy to find, quiet location, pool and nice outdoor patio areas for relaxing. The Breakfast is good and the bagged breakfast is very nice as well.
Highly recommend this hotel for business or family stop-over.

My experience at the Johnstown Hampton Inn was nothing but positive. The facility is well kept and located in a beautiful setting overlooking a valley full of lights at night and rolling mountains full of color during the day (our visit was in October). Although I have stayed numerous times at other locations in the Johnstown area, I found this to be the nicest of them all. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally nice with the dining area clean and orderly. As with every Hampton Inn I have stayed in, the room was nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean.

Room Tip: I would ask for a room on the valley side of hotel for the view or the mountain side for more isolat...
