We were there for 2 nights and can pass on to you what a modern, clean property this is.We received excellent service , flexible and professional from all staff we encountered especially Rachel at reception, the bar staff and night audit staff- all excellent hospitality people
The room we had was spacious had a lovely golf course view, it was really well thought out and appointed
plenty of parking , a neat restaurant, and lots of places to go for a walk if you would like to
We ran out of time to use the pool etc but it looked great
would love to go back and relax and great location near tuggarah and the F3

This was a nice clean hotel, bed was good room was nice. Hot water was good and hot. Airconditioning worked well. Restaurant was lovely staff were really friendly and attentive even though they were very busy in restaurant the night we were there. Food was good but not spectacular. In all it was a pleasant stay but i think a little over priced.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with another family with children - could not fault the room-very spacious, clean and new modern kitchen. Nice big room to fit 2 families comfortably.

The pool area was great and not too busy. However, some people would leave their towels on the lounges to claim them and come back and forth all day to the same marked lounges. This left no room left and many people were using the lawn area when many lounges were sitting empty most of the time with towels on them.

Breakfast - what a farce. Very disappointing - many items were empty most of the time and not replenished. The scrambled eggs were sloppy and took long to come out. I couldnt understand why the kitchen couldnt make omelette's when they were doing fried and poached eggs. There was no hot water ( tea ) for a good 45 minutes, bread ran out for 20 minutes, the sausages were cold and soaking in fat.

I would urge the restaurant manager to look at the above issues as there were other people saying the same.

I would stay again as we had a great time - but maybe have cereal and toast in the room.

We had a large conference at Kooindah Waters. Our room was was a three bedroom townhouse, which was nice enough for three colleagues.

The airconditioning was a bit suspect though. It seemed to be freezing or we were expiring from the heat in the evening.
We really didn't need a living room, but if you came with friends to play golf and relax, the large living room would have been nice.
Everything was clean. It would be great to have three beds and three baths, instead of having to share. This might not worry a family.

The food at the resort was reasonable for a conference and they did manage to get us in & out in a short period of time during the day. The Gala meal was not too good. Certainly not memorable but a reasonable conference standard
Staff were genial with our large group, helpful to a few, where needed but maybe they were understaffed.
It was a quiet place, so easy to sleep once the airconditioner was working.
Golfers would probably be happy here.

Room Tip: Don't take a west facing room in summer, very hot.

We recently booked 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. There is nothing special about this hotel and we were very disappointed in the overall experience. There were large brown stains on the sofa and each of the dining chairs, and the furnishings were all inferior in quality and comfort. I called housekeeping for bedding for the sofabed and was told that 'they are all broken'. The buffet breakfast was average at best, and the pool area was left scattered with the last night's garbage and dishes for the early morning crowd. Will never return.
