This mansion is perfectly preserved to the bygonr era of Asa Packer. The home is so unigue and full of lots of one of a kind items. The tourguides know the mansion and relate the story well. The setting is in the old town of Jim Thorpe. If you walk to the mansion from the town center, be prepared to climb.

This old mansion is one of the main attractions in Jim Thorpe. Not open in the winter. It overlooks the whole town and is in original condition. It gives you a real sense of what it was like in old times.
