We did a whale watch trip this morning, and were not disappointed.
Whales were plentiful, a Mum and tiny baby calf and then a group of 3 juveniles later that were very interested in the boat, and amused us all with their antics..
An excellent Boat, very sta
The Crew are awesome, skipper Tony is an excellent Mariner, Nic the whale expert and narrator was terrific, her knowledge and enthusiasm a nice touch. First mate Stacey was professional and friendly.
Thoroughly recommend to all.

I was lucky enough to go on this boat today and saw some of the most amazing sights! staff picked us up from our hotel then dropped us right back, whales came right up to the boat, then saw dolphins on our way back, staff knew their stuff and made it an enjoyable trip for us all, would recommend this to all

This trip was fantastic! We saw about 20 whales fairly close and around another 10 in the distance. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgable. Great trip!

“Stunning whale watching experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2013

This was simply the best possible whale watching experience you could hope for. Nice clean and stable boat, friendly and helpful crew and non-stop whale watching opportunities. In fact, the event began before we left the Tweed River as we were accompanied by four bottlenose dolphins shortly after leaving the dock. After crossing the sandbar we headed for the plumes of spray and saw three humpback whales slapping the water and diving, showing their white belly and tail flukes.

We moved on from one whale pod sighting to the next and were fortunate enough to see whales breaching and spy hopping - totally amazing to see these creatures so close. Zoologist Nikki went out of her way to give a timely and informative commentary and answer all our questions to make this such a worthwhile trip. We were out for three hours and time flew by, helped by the complimentary coffee and muffins, of course. Bought a set of 7 fabulous professional photos of the day ($20) from the onboard photographer, Steve. Can't wait to do it again soon! Thanks Tony, and your fantastic crew.

“Trip of a Lifetime”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

I've been out 12 or 15 times with these operators over the last few years, and they are absolutely FIRST RATE. The commentary is informed and natural, the captain always finds whales for you, and it's a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

If you are coming 'up north' don't be fooled by the Qld operators, these guys are THE BEST!

On my last trip I took a friend who has been out in Hervey Bay and Southport - I had to persuade her to come because she said she'd seen whales and didn't think much of the trips - and she too, was blown away by the experience and the great commentary by a qualified marine biologist.

Don't miss it!
